    • Amazon please help with this issue.
I can not return because the company does not send the prepaid label. I received the e-bike on June 21st and started the return process the next day because the bike is so heavy that I can not put it on my car rack, also the pedal is very hard. It came without the rear basket and I really do not want to keep it. It’s very expensive to send it back. I need the prepaid label to return it. Amazon please help Because the company does not answering my request. Thanks ... show more

    • Very beefy bike
This bike is fast and sturdy. The only bad thing to say so far is that the bike came quick but the front tire took another week and a half. The basket came before the tire but I’ve yet to receive the rack to put the basket on. So , I took the bike around the block and I was impressed. I’ve never rode an e-bike but I wasn’t expecting the power. I bought the Romeo 11 and when you put it on all wheel drive and place it on setting five boost mode , hold on , you take off like a rocket. Brakes work great along with the bright lights. Either I don’t know how to work it, or I see no way of turning it off so someone can’t just jump on it and ride off. The key appears to only work to take the battery out. It says you should ride the bike with the key in but to me, it seems like the key could fall out. And it doesn’t appear to do anything anyways. I rode it without the key in. Just lock it up good I guess. But the bike is a heavy duty machine. We’ll see if it last the test of time. ... show more
