My new 65" Roku Select Series 4K Smart TV 2025 Model arrived just in time for Super Bowl Sunday. It was simple to unpack the TV and install the two legs. I did not want to risk mounting the TV on the wall in rental property. I asked Alexa+ on my Echo Dot at home for this specific TV at the lowest price and where to buy it. Luckily, Alexa+ directed me to my TV in -stock and on sale at Amazon. It was hilarious to me that Alexa+ offered to order the set or place it in my Amazon cart. I chose the cart and waited several days to decide. I rechecked my cart and a further discount from $380 to $348 had appeared. I didn't wait for that limited time sale to go away or for it to sell out. Now for my initial review of the TV. It was simple to set up with my home internet. The sound was good even without my soundbar. The 4K picture is exceptional compared to my old 720 and 1080i televisions. I decided that features like Mini-Led, UHD, and OLED were not worth the extra expense right now. Overall, I am pleased with the features and functionality of this Roku TV. I have owned Roku equipped TCL and Vizio TVs and decided to get a Roku built TV this time. I will update my review with any important changes in the future. P.S., the TV was too large for the stand I own. So, I left it on the floor 9 feet away from my easy chair and the viewing angle and perspective are just fine. I wouldn't try this if I had kids or pets to knock it over by accident. ... show more

Been with Roku for a while. Overall good products. I think that TCL makes these for Roku which is a good deal because the last TCL TV I had lasted 10 years before finally dying on me. Easy to set up. Easy to get the apps on the channel list so you can watch your shows. Sound quality via internal speakers I didn't do because I have roku branded externals. Remote is definitely an upgrade from my old one. Full on 4K. Works well. Screen is really bright, I had to tone it down some for my comfort. Streaming is a piece of cake as long as your internet has the bandwidth. Overall so far especially at this price point? Total recommend. ... show more

5 Stars. Amazing TV for the price! I am a big fan of ROKU TVs for their super simple navigation. (We once used very expense Samsung TVs for about 3k a piece in an office I managed and everyone went mad trying to navigate that brand's home screen.) This TV comes with the super awesome ROKU home screen with super intuitive navigation. Big tiles to choose from. Easy peezy. Anyways, this TV's picture is very clear and contains the Backdrop app which will display various artwork while your TV is sleeping. From that app you can really see the clarity, and some paint strokes make the TV look like an actual painting. The illusion is quite effective. Now that said the TV is 60hz refresh rate vs. 120hz and you do see some block edges when watching sports. (but for the price the picture is excellent!) And side note on the Backdrops app... Although you can tell the app to turn off at 7pm each night, you can't tell it to turn off after 30m like a traditional screensaver. I hope they add that feature in the future. Sounds is great and well balanced. Sound is far superior from previous Roku TVs I have owned. I should add that I live in an apartment, so I don't really crank up the volume but I can clearly hear the difference between this one and my previous TVs. This one has fuller sound with more emphasis in the mids. Almost like a Shure SM7B microphone. (audiophiles will know what I am talking about.) Picture quality is great, navigation is great, and the remote contains a built-in microphone to help search by voice. The one thing I don't like is that it does NOT have a 3/8mm audio jack which means you can not plug in wired headphones and/or wired speakers. Crazy, right?! Now that said it does have built-in bluetooth and once you've paired your headphones it will find them automatically each time you turn your headphones on. So, that's cool, but I'd still like to have that jack. Overall fantastic television and I hope you will give the ROKU brand a chance! (if you are not already a die-hard Roku fan like myself and many of the other commentators here.) ... show more

Father in law wanted a bigger TV for his room. He's 82 and isn't very mobile anymore. Got this all setup with the apps he wanted and options. Super easy to program and setup. This TV does NOT come with the voice remote so if you want that option, you'll need to order one separately for $20 bucks. The TV will link with it, no problem. Great for the money and has an excellent picture quality. We purchase the Roku wireless speaker pair and he's all set. I think I'll be looking into this same setup but with the 65" version. I ordered the 55-in 4K television. The quality of the television to the price point is excellent. The setup was very easy. The sound is clear and loud enough, even for my hard of hearing partner. The picture is fine. The remote control has voice control capability. Setting up to my cable box was very easy with my existing HDMI cord. I've checked both wireless and wired connectivity and both work perfectly. I had used a Roku box with my last tv, all I had to do was sign into my Roku account and all my settings for which apps I had loaded came up again. It does have some drawbacks such as not much in the way of video control for brightness, contrast, color saturation, or sharpness. The remote control uses AAA batteries. It took a while to come in but it did arrive in the estimated date window and in excellent condition. There was no problem with how it was shipped.
