  • Great for upgrades
Great starting pc. As you can see in my photo I've upgraded it with the asus rog LC 240 AIO cooler and dropped new gksill titan z (32 GB) into it. Also not shown is another 1tb WD Black m2 behind the graphics card. All in all great, but with the minor upgrades, its only better. Pair this with a 1440p hdr monitor and you can play cyberpunk on the greatest of settings. My only issue is thr stock m.2 is garbage and that rear fan is loud and can't handle the cfm needed when adding the AIO and using asus mb qtuning fan tool in the bios. ... show more

  • Great Starting Gaming PC!
I only say "starting" gaming PC, mainly because of the lack of storage space on this particular model. That was the only upgrade I really needed. Purchased this PC back in 2021 and it has been amazing. The system is fast, responsive, and the lighting accents are gorgeous. I paired it with a Western Digital Black Gaming External Hard Drive to give an extra 8TB of disk space, but will eventually add an internal hard drive. For the first time, I'm tempted to just upgrade internal components instead of replacing my entire PC every few years. ... show more

  • My daughter loves this PC!
I bought this for my 8-year-old daughter as we play a lot of video games together. Her existing PC was aging and this was the perfect upgrade. She loves the rainbow LED effects which are on the case, keyboard and mouse. There's less lag and startup and game load time is better (her old system had a mechanical hard drive). ... show more

  • Doesn't work, even after being "fixed" by Asus
Okay, I generally never write a bad review, but this is infuriating. Also, I do computer repair for a living, so pardon me if I get technical. When I received this machine, it wouldn't display to two monitors, nor would it run 4k. Device manager said that the NVIDIA driver had to be stopped because there was a problem. I took to the internet and tried a few things but to no avail. Eventually, the computer started Blue Screening randomly during use, with different error codes each time. Again, I took to the internet, looking up all off these different codes, and they all said that it was related to different hardware each time. My trouble shooting steps were as follows. -Downgrade to Win 10 (from Win 11) -Install new copy of Win 10 -Move GPU to bottom PCIE slot -Install known working ram -Try new hard drive -Re-seat all connections And still the issue persisted. Normally, when it seems like ALL of your hardware is failing, either your operating system is screwed up, or the motherboard is failing. Since I've tried fixing Windows, and motherboards are too expensive to just order for troubleshooting purposes, I figured I'd reach out to Amazon for help. I wanted to just exchange it for a new one, but Amazon said "sorry, Asus insists on trying a repair first". Okay, fine, sounds reasonable. Then I talk to the Asus guy and after telling him all of this, he says "Oh yea we can fix that for you no problem, it wont cost you anything". Well after I get my RMA confirmation email, they want me to pay 130 dollars to send it in! I read all up and down the email, and there was no other option available. Okay, so I'll pay 130 dollars for good shipping, heck its only got to ship about 3 hours away to their nearest service center, should be pretty quick. Well 9 days later, I get the computer back, and the slip inside the box says they replaced the Power Supply. The power supply? Strange, it didn't feel like a power related issue, but I figured I'd test it out and see if it works. I mean, surely the manufacturer knows better than a lowly repair technician. And for the briefest of moments it actually does work, both monitors run 4k, and the driver is fully functional. So I download steam and start installing some games again, when suddenly, Blue Screen. I mean, did they even test anything other than "hurr durr okay it powers on now, must be fixed"? At this point, I am beyond frustrated. It has taken all of my willpower not to just take the graphics card out of it and trash the rest. Thank god Amazons return process is so easy. It took me like 4 clicks to get my return processed, and I don't even have to buy a 130 dollar return label just to ship it back. Take notes Asus, that's what good customer service looks like. After all of this, I think it's fair to say that I will never buy another Asus product again, and I don't think you should either. Sure, the computer IN THEORY, is very good. Its got a good GPU and CPU, two NVME slots, and slots for HDDs as well. And it doesn't look bad either. But beware the manufacturer. They will rip you off, and provide incompetent service when you have a problem. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. ... show more

  • Great gaming computer for the price
I bought this like new and didn't have any warranty. It works great though and is running all the games i've tried at highest settings. The keyboard is really heave but cool. You can change the lighting on the case and keyboard but have to update the apps, which had a little trouble. I flashed the bios with the new one and it asked me to go into it and then i just saved without making changes and it worked fine. i'm not sure if this is normal but was a little confusing. one of the asus aps had an error but i was able to uninstall it. I love the computer though and it's worth every penny (I paid 1075 like new). ... show more

  • its good
computer case has a lot of holes for ventilation, unfortunately that means water spilled on it and broke it the 2nd day I had it. Ran pretty great, 4/5 only because no topside protection. this is probably the best value gaming pc right now.
