A couple components were damaged in shipping, (the outlet/USB box; and the cord that ran from the transformer to the box). I contacted Amazon and they had the Vendor contact me. They contacted me THE SAME DAY! I was pleasantly surprised. I told them I really didn't want to send the unit back and that I was able to replace the items if they would replace them. They asked if I could provide a couple pictures of the items, which I did. They same day they let me know they would be sending out the parts for replacement. The very next day I was notified the return was in process and they provided a FedEx Tracking Number. I was worried it might take a long time to receive the parts (I believe they were sent from China). Much to my amazement and joy I had the parts in 2 days!! They shipped it "Express" and the components were well wrapped and arrived in perfect shape. The table is INCREDIBLY quiet and smooth going up and down, my dog didn't even have a moment of fear or anxiety as it moved. We love the table and it has made our grooming process faster and easier on our backs (we aren't young anymore and our backs hurt in our numerous grooming stooping and kneeling. I am especially surprised and thankful that the customer service response was so trouble free and in fact went above and beyond in their responsiveness. My only regret is that I didn't think to purchase this table much sooner.

I really like this table. I only give a 4/5 due to the condition upon arrival. There’s a noticeable dent on the table and I’d send it back if it wasn’t so big to do so. Otherwise this is great. It holds our 55lb double doodle perfectly. I like the basket to keep my brushes in. It’s light weight so I can move it around by myself. A good buy.

The media could not be loaded. I am Disabled--can't bend and need whatever I'm working at to be at the right height. I have two big dogs that need brushing and frequent nail maintenance. My elderly dog can no longer climb steps to a grooming table. We live in a rainy and snowy climate where paws need cleaning several times a day. This table is a great solution. The table ascends and descends smoothly and quietly with the touch of a foot pedal. We chose an electric motor rather than a hydraulic one because our garage can get cold in the winter, and that can affect the performance of hydraulic equipment. At 50 inches the table is large enough for my 70+ lb golden and even some grooming tools. The attached outlets allow me to charge the Dremel and run the clippers right from the table. (2 electric outlets, 2 usb ports.) Only 4 stars for assembly, because the table is extremely heavy, and comes with feet unattached. I was afraid to let my husband turn the table on its side because that would put a lot of uneven pressure on the table top. I slid a hand truck underneath the frame on each end and tilted it up high enough that my husband could screw in the feet. This was very much a two-person process, and I don't know how many people have a professional-grade hand truck with a long bed--a short bed wouldn't have lifted the frame high enough. If you watch the video, you can see how nice and smoothly the table moves. My young dog, just in from playing, is not a bit concerned about moving up and down. The crossbar is great for holding your dog steady when trimming nails. All in all, we like this table a lot and hope to use it for many years.

The table arrived in perfect condition. Not much assembly required. The legs come attached to table. The grooming arm bars and table and bar clamps have to be attached. Took about two minutes. I do recommend this product and would buy again if needed. I have four animals that need grooming. One trip to the groom is $195 plus tip. This table will payed for itself first use. It's well put together very sturdy and is easily adjustable from my 75 pound Golden doodle to my 5 pound Chihuahua. I love this product it's a great deal.

The media could not be loaded. Hydraulic works great but the table itself is cheap particle board. The table snapped in half for the arm attaches in two weeks before that the knob broke off to adjust the arm. Ammended review: They sent a new table top and arm very quickly. Good as new.
