After experimenting with multiple types of drip irrigation, the soaker hose is now my # 1 choice. There are many reasons: 1. No loss of pressure and provides constant drip rate along entire length 2. Continuous drips along entire length compared to periodic spacing of drips 3. Easily turn bends compared to flat hoses. 4. Soft and pliable compare to rubber hoses which become hard and will crack 5. It becomes flat when off so that it does not tend to roll. 6. Lightweight and easy to install 7. Caution: The tubing will break apart if the water pressure exceeds 40 PSI (approx). Suggest installing a pressure reducer to avoid permanent damage to the tubing due to high pressure.

My soaker hose in my garden did not do the job that it should have. Some spots were soaked and some mostly dry. This hose rocks! It was easy to set up and all the holes should be placed in downward position to get even distribution throughout your garden. I read soooo many reviews when I checked soaker hoses and this one was at the top of the list. I can see why. Being that the holes deliver water so well, be sure not to turn the hose on full blast, as I read it would eventually make the holes larger. Makes sense to me...too much force is not necessary with this hose.

Great hose. Works well. Easy to set up. Only issue is after about 6 months or so they begin leaking profusely from seams. Water shoots into air. Have tried various brands with the same issue. Plants love this watering system, tho. So replacing again!

Purchased 5 of these back in Feb 2021, all 5 have some issue. they either leak, the outer shielding has torn open, the inner tubing has degraded. I reached out to customer support to see what they will say, haven t heard back. I purchased them due to the seller advertising these are heavy duty and the life time guarantee. 1star rating for now until i get some feedback from the seller, will update review once i hear back to let you know if they honor there product. Update - I received feed back from the seller they asked me to ship back the hoses to them, so i did. I Monitored the tracking to ensure they received it with signature required. I waited about another week or two to see if they would contact me about my return. I had to email them again, give them the tracking information and email asking for me to ship it back to them before they would honored there warrantee. They refunded my money for “only” 3 out of the 5 hoses that i shipped to them. Why you ask? well turns out The reason they only honored 3 only was because 2 where sold by “amazon”. while the other 3 where sold by “Rocky Mountain”. I had no idea this mattered but it does. So, Rocky Mountain recommended I contact Amazon customer service for the other 2 houses. So, I then contacted Amazon and explained the situation to Amazon customer service and they gave me a one time credit for the remaining 2 hoses. Keep in mind to check who is the actual seller is. So, Im still leaving rating at 1 star, although i am grateful i got most of my money back (minus shipping them back in my own dime) with the items I purchase, I care about the quality of the item and in my case 5 out of 5 hoses purchased did not last when put into use, they did not hold up to being out doors. If one had failed ok, but all 5? I cant give more than 1 star for product quality , 4 stars to rocky mountain as a seller for refunding most of my money and 5 stars to Amazon for crediting the 2 hoses since they always seem to do the right thing in this situation. Okay, they're flat when they need to be (when you store them and set them in place) and round when they need to be (when they're doing their job). Terrific, inexpensive, solution for snaking around the plants in a raised bed. Bravo!

These drip hoses get the job done for an affordable price, but you'll only get a single year of usage out of them. They degrade fairly rapidly. After two years of buying these hoses, I'm looking for something a bit more durable. By the end of the year, they start leaking, and a loss of pressure due to a leak ruins the rest of the drip system. If you don't mind replacing them each year, they work well enough.
