I have never worked with a rockets stove before and my campfires are usually a dud. This little stove is so sturdy and amazing! I boiled water quicker than my kitchen stove and only burned a cardboard box to get a boil! Definitely part of my power outage kit.

Really enjoyed this and got my money's worth on a three day trip. I was able to cook pretty efficiently without having to dig a pan out of coals or deal with our flimsy grill grate. The heat is direct and intense as long as you pay attention to the fuel because it will run through it and you have to manually ensure the fuel is pushed down as it's burning. It's super simple to setup, you can level it and it's pretty small when packed up. Huge fan of this

The fit and finish on the stove actually exceeded my expectations. It's not cheap lightweight steel the fit was easy to assemble didn't even have to use a hammer and a pair of pliers to make the metal comply.

easy assembly, nice carry bag, quality construction.. have not used it yet, bought it for camping.. concern: a very hot fire will warp this, not maybe but will,,, problem: probably will not be able or want to take it apart.. that said, i don't feel that it is a deal breaker, love the design/idea and am already thinking that if i baby the air fuel mixture, this will serve me several camping seasons and last as long as any expensive grill. I would also recommend at end of every season, to spray with cooking spray very generously to stop/slow rusting

So easy to set up and tear down you can literally have a cookable fire in less than 5 minutes. And it just keeps chugging along. The extra vent at the back for ashes is a super helpful and can be used to adjust the airflow for hotter or cooler fires.

This stove is fantastic. Everything about it is very well thought out and intentional. It packs up easily into the carrying bag and is even easier to put together. I thought there would be a stronger paint smell the first time I used it, but there was hardly any chemical smell at all! There is tons of opportunity for air to flow into the stove and fuel the woodfire inside, and flow right out the top! All of this for under $50?? I am very impressed with this little wood stove!
