This item is kind of flimsy and warps with heat. But I wanted a light weight grill surface for canoe camping so I would not want a heavier duty one so it is good for my use. I would buy again for this use. For vehicle camping I would get a HD one.

It made sense to purchase this tray with the camp oven, it keeps the oven above the flames and helps to balance the item cooking. I used it to cool the hot pan that had been cooking. It’s lightweight but sturdy. I could see how it could be used for camping but it won’t go any farther than our backyard during hurricane season or for fun. ... show more

This was my FIRST TIME camping, and I can say as a first timer cooking over a fire, it makes it so easy. It also serves as a small table to set your cooked items on after your done cooking.
