Love this for all my Vanlife cooking & making my coffee. No need for my Hotlogic after all. I used about one butane canister per week. I learned that if I put the metal wind guard around it, even indoors, it boiled water in half the time. So instead of 2 minutes without the guard up, it boiled in like 1 minute. Just watch it close so as to not waste butane. The wind guard is the same brand GasOne. Happy Camping! ... show more

As these stoves go this one is very small, that's the point. If you want a small-scale no fuss compact stove for simple cooking, water boiling needs, this is to be considered as a tuckaway stove. Please be aware that despite GasOne saying its capable of running on propane it's NOT any more.

Works better than my old one. I like the compact size, but it comes as a cost since you can’t store a bottle of butane in the case. My way too frequent power outages are made easier having an emergency stove. But my 20+ year old one was leaving carbon black all over my pans. It just thought that was normal until I looked it up. Larger pans probably won’t fit though. ... show more

Bought this burner because we needed one smaller than my double Coleman burner for our kayak camping/fishing trip to Arkansas this fall. Saving space was a major issue and this burner worked out perfect. I wasn't expecting it to exceed my expectations, but this is now one of my go to camp kitchen appliances. I actually leave it in my Jeep ready to go. Sets up perfect on my drop down tail gate table in my Jeep. I have a kettle that sits perfect on the burner, it is a little tricky with my smaller pots. I did buy a little metal grate to use with the smaller Stanley camp pots. It boils enough water for my Stanley coffee press and also enough water for a Mountain house meal. Boils super fast. Love how it ignites with the pilot light and I don't need a lighter. The bottom does get super hot, so be careful what you set it on. You have to give it time to cool off, before putting it back into the plastic case. I do wish the carry case was made a little more heavy duty, however it is pretty light weight due to the cheaper plastic. Great item for car camping and kayak camping. This burner was also a huge help when we were out of power during the hurricane and basically had to camp inside the house. Would definitely recommend. ... show more
