I love this chair!!! It is so comfortable. I love the fact that you can rock and swivel all the way around. The heat and massage works great. The only thing I don't like is the cheap piece of plastic that you have to pull to get the chair to recline. It's very hard to pull (it's beneath the seat cushion. And it's also hard to put the leg rest back, as you really have to push it back down. Otherwise, it's a great chair and definitely worth the money.

I’m sad to say I ordered this as an anniversary present for my military disabled husband and I’m not as satisfied as I thought I would be reading all the other reviews. Easy to assemble, pretty comfortable but not for anyone over 5’9 or anyone with a bad back.

Total POS. NEVER buying furniture via Amazon again. Instructions terrible; parts don’t line up; a REAL pain in the butt to assemble. I was unable to totally complete the assembly, but after hours of effort, got it put together enough to make a really crappy recliner to sit in until I can buy a good quality, pre assembled chair from NFM or someplace. I bought another recliner via Amazon a few years ago. It was smaller than expected, but came fully assembled in the box. It works okay for my grand kids or anyone less than 5 feet and under 100 pounds, On a positive note: This box of crap was on time.

Well I searched Amazon amongst several other sites for two months solid for the perfect recliner. I wanted a rocking recliner with massage and heating elements and cupholder that would be easy to clean and match my decor. I wanted to create a sitting space in my room for my husband and myself. I came across these and saw some pretty good reviews so I thought to give it a try since everything else looked perfect. I am glad that I did because they are very, very comfortable. I can’t help but fall asleep after sitting there and reading for about an hour. I love the rocking and reclining and the heat and massage work well too. It’s a very relaxing chair and easy to wipe down. It will not disappoint you.

These leather recliner are amazing. Easy to put together and very comfortable. Great price for what you get. The heat feels great and massage is pretty good. I am 5’4 and it over sized for me. My husband is 6 feet. He fits good into he wished that the massage went up to his head. The massage not loud. I love that it rocks and swivels. It also has a charging for your chili powder phone. I could not be more happy with this product

Changing review. One thing to remember is that the instructions say piece number 7 is attached to base and must be removed. To remove, just give a good tug on the piece upward! The instructions were bad wording because we thought it had to be taken off with the screws inside and that is an impossible task. After that, chair went together well. Another thing, let the arm covers sit in the sun for a bit so they are more stretchy and easy to stretch over and zip up. Chair is nice, massage , heat. Massage is not full blown blasting but was not expected. Fell asleep taking a nap yesterday in them so, yeah, worth the money
