Okay so took me a few tries to get my sizing right so hopefully this can help someone else. Im 5'9 148 pounds and a Large worked best for me. With the medium I could get it on but I had to loosen it completely to get on and then couldn't come close enough together to cover the back panel. The XL I tightened it as far as it could go so wasn't able to cinch my waist as much as I wanted. Also the chest area was a bit large. So if you have similar measurements to me but a larger chest xl might be better. Overall decent quality for the price. I don't know much about corsets but this worked perfect for the costume I was putting together.

This one is true to size and easy to adjust. The fabric is very sleek and rich in color. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the front clasps - they are pretty easy to "pop" out of. Previous corsets I have owned had hook-and-eye closures, which are probably more expensive.

I'm 5' 7" 190lbs 36D and I got an XL, and it....sorta fit. I certainly wouldn't have gone up or down a size, but there just wasn't enough space in the bra area. It was either squishing me flat with armpit bulges, or just not doing anything and giving me a weird shape. Seems like there might be a sweet spot of bra sizes that this would work for, but I'm not it. Other than the size issue, it feels really nice with good quality, and it's easy to tighten on your own.

After looking at the sizing chart I ordered a size XL. My measurements are bust:37, smallest part of waist:31, at belly button:35, hips: 40. It fit pretty perfectly for being more of a decorative corset. I was able to tighten it down and give my waist a nice curve. If you are going for a more cinched waist look though you're probably going to want to go with a more durable corset. If my measurements were any smaller I think I would have gone with the Large rather than the XL because I had it tightened almost all the way. It was a little difficult to do up the front clasps but the lacing in the back was actually pretty easy to work with. The ribbons come to the middle of the corste. If you pull the top ribbons it tightens the top of the corset, and if you pull the bottom ribbons it tightens the bottom of the corset so you can adjust to your specific measurements.

I bought a 2XL originally even though the seller's recommended was an XL, that did not fit. I went on to repurchase a 4XL which had barely of a size difference. The front closure is also another headache. I will be returning both sizes. Only plus is it's a cute muted gold color and nice fabric.
