This is an awesome product but it does need broken in a bit. The Unicender is just as effective is any other device and does have a learning curve. It does not slack tend as well as the Zigzag but is midline attachable.

This thing is awesome but it could use a pulley and some sort of rope retainer to keep it in the bottom. This is not a complaint, just my opinion. I absolutely love it though!

Works just fine if you want to ascend and descend. Lousy for limb walking or working on. Up and down for fun is about it. I am aware of after market add ons you can get for it, but it should have those from the factory. It is for rec rope climbing, period.
