Good, solid, entry level robot vacuum with many of the bells and whistles of higher end vacs. It is at a good price point for those wanting to try one not knowing if its something they really want, yet not wanting to invest in a large purchase. What it has for the price, combined with the performance (and that battery!), I think it is worth the try. Just read through the product description and understand what it is best for. Purchased for my mom, who has a relatively always clean house (no pets, young kids around) and one floor, with no edging at thresholds that this would be perfect for basic up keep. Also I knew she wouldn't want anything complicated (no apps) otherwise it would never be used. But before I set it up for her, I had to know for myself first, and put it through the test on my perpetually dirty and furry floors and carpets. It's pretty good! It grabs the surface stuff off low pile carpets no problem, and it adjusts to floors with ease. I unfortunately have some molding/trim in a couple of spots where it goes from one room to the next (old house, weird stuff), so I dont think this would be a smooth transition as it can only "climb" so far. But very cool little gadget. Love that it can be operated with remote on demand, or given a schedule. The holding capacity is pretty good. Clearly not as large as a regular vac, but it is more than a stick vac or hand vac. I have a lot of fur (2 big dogs, 3 cats) so there are always tumbleweeds of fur around. I would use this in between major vacuuming days for upkeep. Battery is good. It seems to go forever. Oh! Also it did pretty well picking up cat litter. While my regular vacuums pick it up, my stick vacs never do. This grabs a lot of what is scattered on the floor. For the price point (currently has a big coupon!), for the options it has, for the accuracy of product description, and most importantly ease of set up and use, I would say this is 4.5-5 stars. Porter this must be cleaned after every use. Be prepared to lay down newspapers to catch the debris. You must also clean the brush. It does go along the floor and it takes up a lot of dirt. So I bought this actually a little while back but took FOREVER to actually try it because I was convinced it was going to be hard to figure out how to use. I could not have been more wrong. Plug it in, let it charge. Put the supplied magnet strips around anything you don't want it to run over, turn it on. That's it. It's really cute. Which is a weird thing to say about a vacuum, but I stand by it. I named it Rosey (from the Jetson's) and think she's a savior. We have two cats and despite using litter mats and such, it seems like there is ALWAYS FREAKING LITTER IN THE HALLWAY. It drives me absolutely bonkers and I was sweeping every single day, sometimes twice because I couldn't stand it. But now it's Rosey's problem. Bless her! Really, I wish I'd bought one of these a long time ago. I really did think it would be hard to set up, but it's not. The ONLY thing I will say is it needs to be parked somewhere with 3 feet of clearance on the left and right and 6 feet in front. I have a smallish house with way too much stuff in it which made that a challenge, but OTHER than parking location, it could not have been any easier. Love it. ... show more

DeenKee / Model D40 - I would advise using this as an upkeep only. Meaning, clean carpets well...then you can have it auto vacuum say at 3 A.M. and everyday the carpet will look fantastic. Pros: Very easy to use / Works with Amazon Alexa / Works with Google Home / Auto clean works great on carpets / finds it's way through my entire house and back to the charging station - can't express how happy I am and how great my carpets look every day. Cons: Hard to setup on Google Home via Smart Life via DeenKee App. It simply doesn't work on Hard Floors (I only have small kitchen & small bathroom rest home carpet). This will be a BIG issue for people that bought for hard floors...it mostly just pushes the dirt into a pile. This is a huge issue and why in my case it would rate 5 stars, but feel like I was lied to and know many will be VERY disappointed. Also, bought on Prime Day for $50 off. But about a week later they brought price down $50...so they just jacked up the price to discount for Prime Day...not a good deal and a little shady - with Prime now $139 and their mostly horrible original series line up...The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power might be the last straw for me to cancel membership. Fees wasted on making this garbage. Note: I haven't tried the mopping option yet and may not try at all in my case. But if any issues down the road, will update this review. ... show more

We have no pets and just a 2 bedroom apartment and it’s perfect for the space that has mixed flooring. Also we were having an issue with it not vacuuming up right at the year mark and I contacted Deenkee Customer Service and they were wonderful!! They ask a few troubleshooting questions and sent out a replacement right away. ... show more
