The Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X has honestly blown me away. I’ve owned several robot vacuums, but this one feels like the next generation of smart cleaning. Best thing I’ve purchased in a long time! We have a husky that has taken out at least three vacuums in four years. I have been running the Curv almost daily for the mast couple months and it hasn’t jammed up once! My floors have never been cleaner! This is far superior than Roomba. I love the mop and vacuum feature, and it highly customizable from room to room, suction power, water flows, cleaning pattern, daily routines, etc. The sensors on it mapped my house perfectly and the battery is excellent. I bought mine during Prime days so I got a great deal. I love this so much, I’m getting one for my daughter for Christmas. You can’t beat the Black Friday deal. I was skeptical of ordering this robot vacuum based on a previous experience with a different, well-known brand a couple of years ago. The other vacuum seemed to roam aimlessly, would bump into baseboards and mar the paint and often got stuck. The Roborock Qrevo was on sale and I had my eye on it and decided to take a leap of faith and ordered it. My only regret now is that we didn't buy one sooner! I LOVE this purchase and vacuum and am generally hard to please so this is high praise. Perfect, no, but expecting your other half or yourself to make time to vacuum and damp mop as often as you should is not perfect either. Once you map your home and assuming it is relatively neat which ours is, you can set no go zones, define rooms and the floor covering type. The latter I don't see the point of because the robot does a good job sensing where there is tile or carpet and automatically adjusts. We choose the vacuum then mop more and it works perfectly. It is easy to use and I am amazed by the amount of dust and dirt it cleans every day from our floors. We don't wear shoes in the house but have two small dogs and the used water bin shows how much dirt gets mopped up every time (and yes, we started with a clean, scrubbed floor). This is an expensive product but is well worth it. I would never live without this in my home again. ... show more

This was very easy to use and easy to set up. It’s a very good quality and definitely worth the money I have since not used my mop because this thing does the job perfectly. The vacuuming suction is plenty of power right now. I can’t see any reason for an upgrade pass what this thing can do. I set it to routinely mop and vacuum my home every day for sure if this thing breaks, I will buy another one the same day totally worth it. Game changer for hard floors. ... show more

    • Sucky Vacuum
I’m absolutely shocked this vacuum has such a high praise. I’ve never been misled from Amazon reviews until this purchase. I had a Roomba when they first entered the market; it was just all right. I had a Narwal Robo vac/mop and loved it so much. I wanted to upgrade to a self-emptying one. This was phenomenal out of the box. It lifted over my rug’s edge with no difficulty even though I placed it right at the edge to start. From there, it was all downhill. Even the gorgeous lines my Narwal left on my rug, this one left a giant X with its pattern. It left dust and wool piles everywhere. I stepped on the hardwood and couldn’t believe it had crumbs still on it because my old vacuum never left a crumb and is half the cost of this. The true test: My chocolate brown rug still had white specks on it after I turned it on Turbo mode. Aesthetically, the cord was not flat or white like Narwal’s, so it jutted out from the wall way further. Finally, it could never get out from the start location again without stalling. The self-emptying aspect is deceptive. Just like this, even Narwal’s version comes with a bag instead of plastic container, so you have to continually purchase bags and store them (I hate that), so the self-emptying function isn’t worth having. I’m going back to my original Narwal. Thank God I tried that one first or else I wouldn’t have even bothered with robo vacuums as my first generation Roomba was similar to this one (leaving dust piles). Only pro I have on this is that the app is far better than Narwal’s. The software is extremely user friendly and superior. Also the mop pads are gray and undercarriage too, which makes sense because dust is gray. ... show more
