I like this lamp but don't love it as I expected. Being that everyone's taste is subjective..... my only problems were: the base is plastic, not what I expected for the price. When I screwed the assembly together, it's crooked. It's just very cheaply made. I like the shade itself.... the cameo had unglued but I didn't mind since I didn't like it in the picture anyway. The lamp is the perfect size for my living room end table. Bottom line: I feel like I paid over $100 for a lampshade. I may switch out for a different base. ... show more

The lamp itself is very pretty and good quality. The little cameo on the shade is CHEAP. On mine the ribbon was all mauled looking. Thankfully, it is just a pin so it was easy to remove.

Love it... but arrived with beads broken rolling around inside of box and one missing...I assume it fell through box cracks. Easy enough to fix, just annoying. Everything else appears well made. Good attention to detail in design. Decent heavy base. Decent shade.

The picture doesn't show the Gorgeous details of this lamp. It is absolutely Beautiful, Rich, the Pattern on the lampshade is divine. The dark purple lace on the edges, the Cameo, and the tassels add to this Victorian lamp. You will not regret this purchase! I'm so happy with it...
