This is my second Traveler 21" carryon. My daughter borrowed my original one for a recent trip and loved it as much as I do so this one is going to be a Christmas gift for her. The case looks nice and is great quality. The size fits easily in overhead bins on planes and the wheels roll well for easy maneuverability in the airport. My granddaughter has been helping me get mine through airports without any difficulty in steering it or handling it since she was only 5 years old. I find the ability to get to the outside compartment without having to open the whole case another great asset. All in all, a good choice for carryon luggage.

About 20 years ago, I joined a consulting firm that required a lot of travel and my research found that “TravelPro” was the best line of luggage one could buy. I bought a carry on and a 25” suitcase from TravelPro. To this day, I have never had an issue with those pieces of luggage. The fabric is durable, zippers work great, wheels roll smoothly, and the extension handle works perfeclty. As I get older, I noticed that is is very uncomfortable and almost painful to pull luggage without spinner wheels. While my two TravelPro suitcases still work great, I decided to get one with spinner wheels. I see people in the airport walking with ease with their suitcase rolling along side them and I feel a pang of jealousy. This suitcase is great. The spinner wheels work great. The suitcase is also super light. I was considering the 25” Platinum Elite Softside with Spinner Wheels but that weighs 9.7 lbs whereas this one weighs 7.3 pounds (based on Amazon Product Information). I bought this one and when I took it out of the box, I felt that either my pilates sessions are paying off and I’m super strong or this suitcase is super light. I have packed this one up to 65.5 lbs. and while it is heavy to get off the baggage claim merry-go-round, once you have this standing up on its wheels, you can move around super easily. I thought that this would have less packing space than my existing 25” TravelPro. It looks smaller. But I was able to pack sneakers, shower slippers, clothes, a weighted blanket, two bottles of wine, and 4 bottles of craft beer in this suitcase without issue. I have always used soft side suitcases and I love the 2” expansion space on TravelPro’s 25” suitcases. I highly recommend this suitcase. The cost is reasonable, the brand is durable and reliable, the spinner wheels allow me to move around without shoulder pain/strain, and this suitcase is super light.

Have an overseas trip booked for early 2025. Needed luggage and ordered the 2 set travel pro set. Pleasantly surprised at the ruggedness of the soft material, how spacious they each were, and pockets galore. The wheels spin 360 so it will be easy for me to roll through the airport. The carry on is the legal limit for air travel and it accommodates all the needed times + a little bit more. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

Review of the 21 inch carry on. I love how light it is. The handle rails inside are awkward to pack around, but that's normal. The spinner wheels take up quite a lot of the length of this carry on. I think the two wheel version of this is a lot better, as the main body compartment is bigger because the wheels don't take up so much space. I don't like all the extra zippers and expandable pockets on the front of the luggage, I think it would be better with one or both of them removed. These add a lot of thickness to the measurement, and they tend to snag on other bags or the bin edges, I think a more minimal smooth front of the bag would be better. Overall, it's a decent product but the two wheel version is worth it for the extra space.

This suitcase is remarkably light and has all the pockets you’d hoped for in a standard carry-on. The telescoping handle slides up and down easily, and it has an expandable section to allow for packing a little bit extra. The wheels seem to be of reasonable quality - pulling the suitcase or dragging it or both easy enough to do. The build quality seems substantial enough, and I’m hopeful for several years of happy traveling.

I have the smaller version and it has worked well enough for years (though the handle can be "sticky" . . .), so I was excited to find a great deal on the large piece as I was planning an international trip. It seemed spacious enough, had zippers and straps in sensible places and handled well enough. So imagine my dismay to arrive at my European destination and not be able to pull the handle up. Despite investigations and YouTube video helps, the handle remains firmly stuck, so I guess I got what I paid for. Edit: customer service is dismal. Called and was emailed the info for a local TravelPro approved repair person. I called him and he no longer repairs luggage. Told customer service and they apologized and said they would provide another name. Then provided the same name. Told them again and they told me as soon as I approved $45 credit card charge they would send a shipping label to an approved repair person out of state. When I asked if that was to and from or just one way and would I have to pay repair costs, they said they would check and let me know. That was about two weeks ago and when I followed up they said . . . yep, they would check and let me know. Hard "no" on Travelpro.

This intermediate size rolling suitcase really please me the first time I used it. I was surprised by how much I was able to put into it, and surprised again by how easily it rolled when it was fully loaded. I am not young, so I didn't want to start out with a suitcase that already weighed a lot. It has extra structural support so that even though it is fabric suitcase, it clearly is going to protect what I have inside. I am highly pleased by it and also happy I bought it in black as that color hides so many bruises.
