This is my go to Multi vitamin as a 50 year old active mama. I love that it has Omega 3 in a fashion that does not kill me. Most upset my stomach but this one is so good. I store mine in the freezer to help even more. Love the subtle mint flavor that makes it nice too. It is a little pricey but if you do further research on Ritual, it is a quality product . I almost didn’t purchase this as some of the reviews reported a fishy after taste. When I take two capsules, which it calls for, I sometimes experience a very mild fishy taste for a short time. However, if I take one at breakfast and the other at lunch I get no fishy aftertaste at all.

Since I cannot get my money back I'm forced to write a review. I've heard good things about these vitamins and found them on a "top 10" for women over 50 so I thought this would be a safe purchase for me. I took 2 as directed about midday after a long hike where I thought to myself that I felt particularly energetic, easily keeping up with my husband. After taking them I began to feel sluggish and nauseated. I laid on the coach the rest of the day, thank goodness it was a Sunday, and finally took a Covid test just to be sure. I went to bed and felt better the next morning. I got ready to take the vitamins again and thought I should maybe just take one so my body could get used to it. Putting it in my mouth made me instantly feel nauseated so I didn't take it. Now I'm stuck with a $42.00 bottle of vitamins which I have had 3 of. My best guess is that the mint used to mask the fish oil made me feel sick because when I open the bottle and sniff I automatically dislike the smell. Two positives I didn't find the fish burps too be too bad and they are beautiful.

I like the minty after taste these vitamins give. I like the clean ingredients as many vitamins add a lot of chemicals. I have it 4 stars because I do burp up a fishy taste from the omegas

I initially tried the Ritual Essential for Women 18+ Multivitamin with Omega-3 DHA and it worked very well. I noticed I have more clarity/focus and energy. I was on the site to re-order and saw the Ritual Essential for Women Multivitamin 50+. I did not know Ritual had such a supplement. I am in Menopause and in search of relief. Gigantic to swallow. These aren’t really candy coated. It’s more like the coating of a Tylenol capsule and then sprayed with extraordinarily strong peppermint scent. It’s still better than the chalky coating of most vitamins. (But hey vitamin industry- I’d pay extra if you just put a coating on these things that didn’t taste nasty. If they can do it Rx pills, they should be able to do it for vitamins.) They are fishy. After taking my first one at bedtime, I woke up with fishy breath despite eating no fish. Then I remembered there’s vitamins. 🤷🏻♀️ They also don’t seem to have as much covered in the ingredients compared to a typical multivitamin. I’ll use up what I purchased. Not sure about reordering.

I really love the way these vitamins make me feel. I stopped taking them for a few months and really noticed a decline in my energy and my brain fog returned. I enjoy the minty taste as well.
