Right off the bat, just know that assembly is a bit tedious, especially the first few steps when assembling the legs. Getting the bolts into the right place requires a fair bit of dexterity, maneuvering, and/or another set of hands, so be forewarned. The rest of the process is easy, albeit time consuming. I highly, highly recommend having a drill handy to speed the process along. The only other challenging part of the assembly process was getting the top shelf put in place as you have to place a large piece (which is actually three pieces held together by dowels) into a very precise position. The final result is probably the best quality desk you can get at this price range. The quality of the desk materials is what you would expect at this price point -- particle board -- but the legs are heavy, sturdy, and don't feel the least bit cheap. The desk feels rock solid with no wobble. If you're being indecisive about which desk to get, just get this one. You won't regret your purchase. What I love: - Shipping was insanely fast. Any time I order furniture it feels like there's some sort of delay, but this arrived less than 48 hours after ordering (likely more of an Amazon thing than a Fezibo thing, but worth calling out). - Desk is rock solid, sturdy, hefty. - Raising/lowering the desk is super smooth. - All holes are aligned perfectly. Not a single one of the dozens if not hundreds of holes was misaligned. - Packaging was extremely efficient. I was shocked how small the box was for a desk of this size. - The wood is good for the price point, and the metal is good for any price point. - Comes with under-desk storage for hiding wires. - Comes with cable clips to attach motor wires to the bottom of the desk. - Hooks on either side for headphones or anything else you want to hold. What I would change: - The hole placement when attaching the legs to the motor requires some really odd maneuvering. It's easy for the bolt to fall into the hollow bracket bar, requiring you to tilt the entire thing on its side to get it out. - I wish the drawers came in different colors/material options. Some wood drawer options, for example, would be a nice touch. - Honestly not much else. This was basically exactly what I wanted and it delivered on everything. ... show more

Have had this desk for about five months, and I really like it. The presets for height adjustments are easy to set up. The motors are really quiet. I especially like the elevated platform for the monitors. The desk is sturdily constructed, excepting the drawers which are made of some cheap cardboard covered by fake leather. Be prepared for a bit of assembly work, however. Assembly took about 60-90 minutes. If you're good at following instructions and can turn a wrench, you'll be fine. You might need an extra person to flip the desk over once assembly is complete... It's pretty heavy and awkward to lift. ... show more

Once replacement parts were sent, it worked well! A little difficult to set up alone. But it is worth it. Follow the instructions. Read them carefully. Don’t be heavy handed, everything fits together easily if you do it use the right tools. I am enjoying this desk. The Good - desk is mostly as described. Seems relatively sturdy and well designed. Does come with pre measured LED lights for the desk hutch (length is cut for back of hutch. Remote controlled.). Color is nice. Setup fairly simple. Legs and mechanical parts are heavy and sturdy. The Bad - second box took 4 additional days, not 1-2 as described. There is no shipping tracking and shows as order fulfilled and delivered while you wait. You cannot contact seller, it says Amazon handles customer service. But again says you have to talk to seller. It's and endless loop. Very confusing. The Ugly - Does NOT come with monitor arms as described. I had to order my own. The awkward - the front drop down means your chair has to be pretty low for the desk top to be at working height. If your chair has arms it will hit The instructions don't exactly align. You do have to figure out where to mount the electronics on your own. IMPORTANT - When trying to save a preset height the instructions say to set height, press 'S' and press the # you want. This does nothing. I finally figured out that you need to add an S at the end. So S-#-S. To save height as position two, that would be S-2-S. ... show more

Desk is beautiful! It is a great size and the electronics work well so far. The legs are extremely heavy duty, but the top of the desk is made out of cheap material, however I expected that so not a deal breaker for me. The drawers are flimsy and are kind of awkwardly placed if you want to actually open them and get to the stuff inside if you have stuff on the desk in front of the drawers.
