I purchased this item for my mother as a gift. My mom is a plus size of about a 4xl but I purchased the 5xl size because she likes her clothing baggy. This item is a pullover sweater for fall/winter. Design The sweater has a loose waffle knit and is quite airy. It isn't see-through but you might get some hints of underlying garments through the knit. It is a V neck sweater with a premium zipper than runs quite far down the chest, to about mid-bust, the adjustable zipper also zips all the way up the collar to give a mock turtle neck appearance when zippered. The collar of the sweater is tight enough to keep gusts of wind from giving you chills, but not so tight that it is uncomfortable. This collar is also large enough to be folded down even when zippered. The waist is short, below hip length and I wouldn't call it drape-y, but I wouldn't call it cropped. The wrists and waist are synched but very loosely giving a slightly baggy appearance. Long sleeves and loose wrist synching also compliments loose sleeves that give it a comfy feel. The overall appearance of this sweater is stylish but casual and I feel like it has an attractive vibe that is enumerated by the zippered neckline. Fit 5XL - It is a casually loose fit that will accompany a relaxed ensemble. The sweater does have appropriately baggy arms, and loose synching around the wrists and waist. The design gives it an alluring but slightly sophisticated look when worn without being crampy. Materials Made of a waffle knit combination of acrylic polyester and nylon. I purchased the red color and it is a bit duller in color than the image in the photos. It is more of a light brick red than a pink red or salmon as shown. Construction Premium item, well constructed and the zippers are high quality. NOTE: Because this is a loose knit sweater you will have to take care not to pull the knitting as snags or such may damage the appearance of the garment. Overall, I think this is a stylish item and it looks very nice when worn. I wish that the description photos were a little more true to life as far as color goes, but I'm not dissatisfied with the item. I would suggest it to anyone just be aware that the color may or may not match the images exactly. Would buy again, excellent value, and it is entirely giftable.

Piles pretty bad could be better quality

Nice sweaters. I bought two. Heavy weight. However, they are extremely long. Nothing like the photos. I'm 5'8" tall and they come down way below mid-thigh, about 2 inches above my knee. Just because someone buys a larger size doesn't mean they are 6'5". I have this problem constantly. Always exaggerated length and necklines/holes. I had two more to purchase in my cart. I deleted them. It's a shame because they are nice, seemingly well-made sweaters. I realized that they are also very itchy. The knit is course and it rubs a lot - very itchy.
