This shed turned out to be exactly what we needed for our backyard. The instructions were easy to follow and with two people the assembly went smoothly. Once it was put together it felt sturdy and looks really nice with the brown finish. The double doors make it easy to move larger items in and out. We are storing our lawn mower garden tools and a few outdoor chairs and there is still plenty of room left. I also like the sloped roof because rainwater does not collect on top. After a few weeks of use I am very happy with this purchase. It keeps everything organized dry and protected from the weather. It has made our backyard look much cleaner and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable outdoor storage shed.

The first thing to understand, as most people do, is you generally get what you pay for in life. In this case, you are getting a metal 7x5 shed with a floor. You are not getting the super fancy stuff that you see out there in TV ads or commercials for thousands of dollars. I will echo what others say- if you want a shed worth $3k, buy a $3k shed. However, this little shed actually surpassed my expectations for the price point. It took 3 people roughly 6ish hours to put together from start to finish and was as the measurements described. We found the holes actually aligned pretty darn well overall, with enough wiggle room to make them work. We did not have to poke a single extra hole as we put it together. We did, however, have a few times where because of user error this or that piece was upside down or flip-flopped but that happens with absolutely every single kind of thing you put together of this nature these days. And especially one of this size. A person does have to pay close attention to the instructions- back in the day, the paper instructions also included written directions but now it is all photos. Thus, not as much detail but if a person has some common sense they can make it work one way or another. If a person has never put together anything of this nature they might think the directions are not good, but honestly that kind of a person probably should not buy a product like this. After we got it all put together, I was happy with the stability and usability of it even though I put it on our gravel underneath our deck which might not be ideal. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the floor. To be fair it is as described- pieces that are put together and have the sides and middle pieces that screw into it. However, in my circumstance the floor was just a bit too small and thus left some room on the sides. Also, since it was on gravel it was not exactly flat but I should have expected that and maybe put it on a better platform- maybe treated plywood or something of that nature. In terms of the other things- the screws were actually pretty decent, even though they were Philips head which I despise as a woodworker, but since they were only going into sheet metal it was definitely okay. The condition of the tin itself was okay, with a few pieces that were bent here and there but since it isn't exactly stiff, easily bendable back. For my needs (we live out in the country), I was hoping to make it mouse proof and that will be a challenge. The way the tin lines up with the frame at the base, it leaves gaps every baffolding but I think a good line of silicone should take care of that. And above that I am not sure a mouse can get enough grip to climb up. However, I am not sure most users of this will face the kinds of problems we have out here in the sticks :) Also lots of holes where the sides meat the roof, etc but I think that might be by design to keep some air flow, even aside from the vents. Anywho, overall I was very unsure of a product like this but think it will do the job just fine. Thanks!

Update#3– the picture says it all. Since my last update the shed is literally popping pieces off overnight. Previously the seller wouldn’t make good on their offer of a full refund, but thought it satisfactory to offer $20 instead just makes this worse. Just don’t do it. Don’t buy this product or buy from this seller. For what it is, it’s fine. It doesn’t look cheesy or excessively cheap. It’s thin and not super sturdy. However, I’m currently in a rental and just needed something to make do. You will cut yourself if you’re not careful. Use the gloves included. The door flies open in the wind so I would recommend adding a latch from your local hardware store. It’s super easy to move around though. I’m not a large woman and was able to do everything myself. I also replaced the shorter screws on the corners with longer ones. The ones provided didn’t exactly tighten…there is not one panel & some framing pieces that don’t have a screw so loose I cannot unscrew it by hand. Also, because there are so many tiny screws, my fingertips were sore by the time I was done. Seller contacted me and offered new parts but I would have literally been sent a whole new shed because there isn’t one panel that doesn’t have at least one or two screws that weren’t completely able to be tightened. Offer of refund was made but seller recanted. Fine for now, but wouldn’t buy again or recommend this seller after the experience received.

For the money it is everything you would expect. Plan on 2 hours minimum just peeling plastic protective coating off. I do not recommend waiting until it is assembled to remove the plastic like the instructions say or plan on increasing that time to 4-6 hours. The assembly is easy. I had my 12 year old son follow the instructions as a learning experience and he had zero issue understanding. There was one piece that had about 6 holes way off of location (seen in pictures 1 and 2, they should have looked like pictures 3 and 4. This was easily remedied by a 3/32 drill bit and and a hand drill. For someone who is not savy with assembly or fabrication this may have thrown them for a loop. Overall assembly took about 2 1/2 hours after the plastic was removed. The shed will do the job but is a little flimsy. Like I said you get what you pay for and complete in a box shipped to my door it was 145.00, you can not but raw materials for that price. But it is China quality and has a IKEA like parts count.

I bought this beautiful outdoor storage as I was looking to get something cheaper for some surplus furniture This one was within my budget. It comes in two boxes. It took me about a day to fully assemble it. I laid down the pieces first on the floor and then followed the user manual to do the assembly. It’s better to have a have someone to help in order to hold the pieces up. It has all the new tools needed to do the assembly, but to fasten the process drill is really helpful. Since I installed that I have one Store and the shed has no leakage of any kind and it is holding up really nicely. It looks quite durable. I put some wooden log inside to strengthen the frame, but even without them the frame was really good overall it’s a great purchase and I’m really happy.
