I ordered this for a Ring Battery Doorbell Plus because I could not find anything on the Ring site or Amazon saying whether these doorbells use the same faceplate or not. At a glance they look the same but the Battery Doorbell Plus is slightly different in size for the faceplate so I’ll be returning this. I took down our defective Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Gen since it suddenly died one day and won’t power on anymore and upgraded to the new Doorbell Plus. Tried this on the 2nd Gen and it fit perfectly so if you have that one this is a great way to add a splash of color.

It’s very pretty, but it doesn’t fit the ring doorbell so is worthless. I didn’t get my doorbell installed right away, so I can’t even return it – past the return window.
