Had to replace a 5 yr old Chime. Reasonably priced. Easy to set up. Works great. Glad it wasn't the doorbell but the Chime doorbell that went bad. Also a little smaller and less chunky, obtrusive than my old one.

This works very good. It is also very loud. I noticed some people said that it was not very loud and mine wasn't at first but you can go in and adjust the volume. And if you do that you can get a very loud ring tone. I don't even have mine said at max. I own a pretty big house. And I can hear it everywhere. It's nice it's small. Very easy to connect. All I did was scan the barcode. Then give it a name. And it showed up in the Ring app. Once you have it in the Ring app you can go into settings and change the ringtone. The volume. And everything else.

We finally got a ring camera and it came with a chime; however, we have that one set up in our living room and we can’t hear it’ll on the 2nd floor so we ordered this one to place upstairs. It’s nice and compact, I believe it’s even smaller than the other one that we have. I love the variety of ring tones available too, the holiday ones are super cute. The set up was quick and it connected to my wifi very quickly. The price point was also very reasonable.
