I am very happy with this Ring battery doorbell. It has been working well. Easy to install. No wiring. Just position it and attach with a couple little screws. Set up and phone connection were very easy. The field of view is very good and can be adjusted to various angles and sizes. Good far range of view. The picture quality is very good, clear and colorful. Depending on settings. the battery is good. I have medium use settings, and it has lasted 3 months. I have an additional battery to keep charged and rotate with the one that is in the camera. If the spare battery is not kept on a constant charge, it will need to be checked for added charge from time to time to keep it ready for the camera when a battery change is needed. I have the basic Ring one camera subscription, which records and stores videos for a period of time. Notifications sometimes lag a bit, but I think it is because of how fast a delivery person comes and goes. I am happy with this Ring doorbell camera, much better quality and easy to set up and use, better than the Nest one I had that is pretty much useless and didn't work many times, as well as the over priced Nest subscription. I would order more Ring cameras.

I’ve been extremely happy with the Ring Doorbell Plus. The overall quality is excellent, and it feels like a premium product that’s built to last. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the app is intuitive, making it easy to customize settings, review footage, and receive notifications. The camera quality is impressive, providing sharp, clear video during both the day and at night. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can easily monitor activity around my home and receive timely motion alerts whenever someone approaches. Battery life has also been very good, requiring minimal maintenance, and the overall performance has been reliable. Considering the features, ease of use, and added security it provides, I think it’s an excellent value for the money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable video doorbell.

Great product, operates flawlessly and initial setup was very easy and took no time at all. Picture quality is very good. Battery life seems to be pretty decent even using more battery demanding features. Very happy with this product so far. Mounting was very simple yet strong enough that I felt comfortable with it being outside all of the time. I believe the motion sensing ability of the Ring Battery Doorbell is very good, and what is nice is, the ability to adjust the sensitivity of it. Overall, I appreciated all the adjusting you can do with doorbell, but I certainly recommend adding a doorbell chime from Ring, with the camera...that ensures that it can be heard easily throughout your home.

Love this doorbell. Easy to connect (not like the older versions). Picture/video is clear. Motion detection is great, along with additional comments on what is occurring. Appreciate added security for my home. I purchased on sale, the price was value appropriate It works well and better than expected. What I do not like is the required "key" to unlock the battery door/compartment. Please, please, please do not do this Ring Company. If you lose the plastic key it will be very difficult to access the battery.

Super happy with this Ring doorbell! Setup was really easy and the picture quality is great, both during the day and at night. The motion detection works well and I like being able to see who’s at the door or what’s going on outside right from my phone. The battery setup is convenient too. Overall, it works exactly like I hoped and I’d definitely recommend it!

My client is absolutely thrilled with the Ring Battery Doorbell 2K Plus! The upgrade to Retinal 2K resolution is a total game-changer—the video is incredibly crisp, and the 6x enhanced zoom lets us see tiny details perfectly. The head-to-toe wide-angle view is fantastic for tracking packages safely at the doorstep. They also love the true-color night vision, which looks bright and clear even in low light. Plus, the quick-release battery makes maintenance an absolute breeze. Highly recommend this newest model to anyone looking for top-tier home security!

I purchased the Ring Battery Doorbell Plus to replace my older Ring Video Doorbell 2, and the difference is impressive. The 2K video quality is much sharper, colors are vivid, and the wider field of view captures much more of my front porch area. The enhanced zoom makes it easier to identify people and packages, and motion alerts have been reliable. Installation was simple, and setup through the Ring app was quick and straightforward. One of the biggest improvements for me is that this model connected immediately to my Quantum Fiber Wi-Fi network. My older Ring doorbell was incompatible with the network frequency and would not connect, so this was a major plus. I also added the Ring Solar Charger, so it's too soon to comment on long-term battery performance, but I like having the added charging support. The removable battery makes charging easy if needed. Overall, this has been a significant upgrade with better video quality, more coverage, improved Wi-Fi compatibility, and seamless integration with my other Ring devices. Highly recommended.

I am giving the Ring Battery Doorbell Plus 4 stars. On the positive side, the video quality is fantastic with the Retinal 2K resolution and wide-angle view, making everything crystal clear. The night vision is excellent, and the initial setup and programming were very easy and straightforward. However, comparing it to the older model, I noticed a downside: the motion sensor on the older version was definitely faster, triggering the recording instantly upon sensing motion or sound. This new model seems to have a slight delay, starting the recording a few seconds later, which means you might miss the very beginning of the action. Still, it is a very solid and high-quality upgrade overall. UPDATE (After several months of use): I eventually stopped using it. The motion detection delay became too frustrating, and sometimes it missed recording motion entirely. I ended up switching to a Eufy doorbell, and the difference in speed and accuracy was huge, plus it requires no monthly subscription.
