Power up with the reliable recoil start, plus Cold Start Technology ensures a quick start in cold weather. Included are a covered 120V 20A household duplex outlet (5-20R) plus two handy 2.1A USB ports you can use to power your phone, laptop, or similar device. Just add oil (included 10W-30), and operate your Dual-Fuel generator right out of the box on gasoline or propane, and easily switch fuels with the fuel selector dial. When the 1.1-gallon tank of gasoline is full, the 79cc Champion engine produces 2500 starting watts and 1850 running watts and will run for up to 11.5 hours at 25% load. When using a 20-pound propane tank, it produces 2500 starting watts and 1665 running watts and will run for up to 34 hours at 25% load. The optional parallel kit (sold separately) allows you to integrate two inverters, plus the kit has a standard 30A RV outlet and a 120V 30A locking outlet. Confidently connect your sensitive electronics since this inverter produces Clean Power (<3% THD). Designed for safety with a low oil shut-off sensor, this model has a 0.5-quart oil capacity (included 10W-30). Champion’s Inverter Technology includes smart Economy Mode, which monitors the electrical load to reduce engine speed, noise, and fuel consumption. Fully assembled with hassle-free setup, the built-in carrying handle makes transport a cinch. Buy this EPA certified and CARB compliant generator with confidence – Champion Support and our nationwide network of service centers will back up your purchase with a 3-year limited warranty and FREE lifetime technical support. CO Shield® technology monitors the accumulation of carbon monoxide (CO), a poisonous gas produced by engine exhaust when the generator is running. If CO Shield® detects unsafe elevated levels of CO gas, it automatically shuts off the engine. CO Shield® is not a substitute for an indoor carbon monoxide alarm or for safe operation. DO NOT allow engine exhaust fumes to enter a confined area through windows, doors, vents or other openings. Generators must ALWAYS be used outdoors, far away from occupied buildings with engine exhaust pointed away from people and buildings. Meets the requirements of ANSI/PGMA G300-2018.

  • Always Five Stars for Champion
Style: 2500-Watt + Dual Fuel + CO + CARB
What a great generator! This is my third Champion; one was stolen, and the other I gave away. All of them have performed flawlessly. They are always easy to start and run like a sewing machine, and this generator is no different. I love the propane fuel option. Also, there is very little effort required to pull start the generator. I assume it has a compression release system. It is incredible how small and light these newer inverter generators are. I also own a Champion electric/remote start 4500, but it is too heavy to haul around for camping. I also own a Yamaha 2500 watt generator that is twice the size and weight of this Champion and costs more than twice as much. This Champion generator checks all of the boxes for me. ... show more

  • LOVE IT!!!
Style: 2500-Watt + Gas + CO
Pros: Super quiet!, easy to start (I'm an old woman and can start it easily), runs perfectly for long periods, carry handle, small size (fits under a desk to store), easy-view gas gauge, seems to be gas-efficient. Cons: Can't find any except it is a little pricey - but definitely worth it.

  • Great generator
Style: 2500-Watt + Dual Fuel + CO + CARB
This is my second time trying a Champion generator , and I actually upgraded to this model because I need something smaller and quieter, and let me tell you this is a great option, it’s super easy to carry and so quite . I’m glad I make the choice to upgrade to this model .

  • Received a lemon and champion support is terrible!
Style: 2500-Watt + Gas + CO
I bought this unit as an emergency generator. It run about 30 minutes and shut down. I tried running again and it run 30 minutes and then wouldn’t start again. I called champion support and they claimed the inverter needed to be reset they sent a video to dismantle the unit and change the inverter which I had no part to replace with after many calls finally got through and they said to take to a warranty dealer that was weeks ago I called serviceman and he said he thought the low oil sensor was malfunctioning. Ther serviceman said he did what champion told him to do to no avail and said he thought repair cost would be more than unit was worth More calls to champion and never got through after waiting hours on phone. I put a review on champions website and their response was tell the serviceman to change the oil. Why I should be involved with warranty repair is ridiculous. You can’t get through to champion support without waiting hours while their system plays marketing messages over and over. They have no callback service and they don’t respond to emails. This unit is defective. I’m ready to deny credit card charge and let Amazon and champion fight this out. Maybe at one time champion had good service but they sure don’t now. Buyer beware. Deeply regret buying this! ... show more

  • Extremely quiet and starts extremely easily
Style: 2500-Watt + Dual Fuel + CO + CARB
I was happy to discover how quite this generator runs. It has a quiet hum that doesn't bother me if I'm doing a small project. I also love how I haven't had to fight with it to get it to start. I followed the instructions to use the choke until it starts to run and then immediately switch over the to gas or propane settings and they both work fine. I like being able to use the propane when I want it to run for a very long time or gas when I want it to be most cost-efficient. It's also fairly light to carry and the plugs keep mud and dirt out of the front. ... show more

  • Works fine for my purpose
Style: 2500-Watt + Gas + CO
Purchased this to charge my solar batteries when the sun isn't out. Does the job, but do wish they'd market with the running watts, not the starting watts. I was able to get 1800-1900w range for about 6-7 hrs, so not too bad there, especially for a1 gallon tank.

  • Quiet-light weight
Style: 2500-Watt + Dual Fuel + CO
Easy to start runs quiet. However-my first time camping found it would not run more than 5 minutes using gas (propane worked fine). It worked fine at home with both gas/propane. After getting back home found that the manual mentions anything over 3000 ft elevation-they recommend a different carburator needle. I did not think we were that high but do not know for sure. So-recommend that for camping-use propane and emergency home use (for me I live at sea level)-I’ll use gas. ... show more

  • Sounds good. Easy to set up.
Style: 2500-Watt + Dual Fuel + CO + CARB
So far, so good. I really like that it can run on propane. You can store propane probably forever. I have only run this on propane, and do not plan on running on gasoline. It is a little hard to get started. I follow the instructions and start in the choke position. Then 4 or 5 easy pulls. Then to the propane run position. 4 or 5 really strong pulls. Then back to the choke position and repeat. Eventually it starts. It seems to run a little ragged until a load is put on it, or take it out of eco mode. I changed the plug to the NGK, but did not improve running. I changed the oil to a synthetic oil after the break in period. No change. I may try adjusting the valves. I only plan on running this when we lose grid power, and I need to charge our solar batteries. I live in the PNW, and we do lose power several times a year. Nice to have another backup! ... show more
