Okay so far so good the first one I got for whatever reason the touch screen didn't work but it looked pretty nice and had a good fit so we ordered a replacement. The replacement everything is working very well the fit is really nice easy to install and once you've done it it's even easier. Lol. It just really looks nice really updates the car and I would recommend it so far the only negative is it does come with different themes which takes a while to go through and as of yet we haven't found a way to put bluetooth music as the primary music choice it sticks to media and now that could just be us but we keep looking but overall if the initial unit continues to work and doesn't break definitely have buy recommend at least for this particular car I'd imagine if they make this unit for other cars I would certainly suggest giving it a try

I installed this Android head unit in a 2015 Ford Fusion and it’s been a great upgrade overall. Wireless CarPlay works smoothly, and the 9" touchscreen is bright and responsive. The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage keep things snappy, and I’ve had no issues with Bluetooth or FM radio. GPS with offline maps is a nice touch, and the backup camera integration makes parking easier. Steering wheel controls syncced without hassle. For the price, it’s packed with features and definitely modernizes the driving experience.

install was straight forward, did have to cut up the factory radio to make this work better but that part wasnt going to be use anyways. only complaint is every once in a while it will have intermittent connection issues, but them usually resolve.

This review is for the "4+64G Android Car Radio Stereo for Ford Fusion Mondeo 2013-2019 Wireless Carplay Android Auto, 9’’ Touchscreen Head Unit with Bluetooth GPS Navigation Mirror Link WIFI FM/RDS DSP AHD Backup Camera SWC." The trim I received doesn't match the listing photo- it isn't black like my entire dash trim is, rather a metalic gray. That was my first disappointment. My second disappointment was that there are no clear installation instructions for installing this and using the car's built-in great sounding mic. That was another disappointment , followed by the worst sounding cheap included mic. That mic shouldn't be included. It is so bad I can't drive down the road even with the windows rolled down. I also noticed the included apps are void of proper voice controll. I can't run Google chome, and quite frankly, I shouldn't have to. It won't run Bixby either. If I want voic3 control, I'll have to purchase apps. Sound wasn't great either which surprised me because I own one of these with less memory. After a massive dive into the Software, I realized I wasn't able to get ot working I can't recommend this due to the number of caveats I ran across. Please consider searching for better android head units on Amazon. I reverted back to my old 4 inch screen and called it a day.
