The ONLY issue I have with this is it will over heat, glitch out, and restart when it gets overheated. Im fine with that because it restarts on its own. Bright display android auto and CarPlay both work. When we first installed it ,for some unknown reason, the heat and ac were switched and then it magically fixed on its own.

Here's a polished, grammatically correct version while keeping your original meaning: It didn't come with any clear instructions. I installed it in April, and the steering wheel controls don't work anymore. My A/C controls are also reversed, and it seems to be stuck in dual climate mode, with one side blowing warm air and the other blowing cold. I went into the system settings using code 8888 to change the car model, but there isn't even an option for a 2014 Ford Fusion. The only similar option available is Mondeo.

So far so good 2014 fusion

Okay so far so good the first one I got for whatever reason the touch screen didn't work but it looked pretty nice and had a good fit so we ordered a replacement. The replacement everything is working very well the fit is really nice easy to install and once you've done it it's even easier. Lol. It just really looks nice really updates the car and I would recommend it so far the only negative is it does come with different themes which takes a while to go through and as of yet we haven't found a way to put bluetooth music as the primary music choice it sticks to media and now that could just be us but we keep looking but overall if the initial unit continues to work and doesn't break definitely have buy recommend at least for this particular car I'd imagine if they make this unit for other cars I would certainly suggest giving it a try
