After months of searching for a patio set, this one turned out to be perfect based on the detailed description provided by the seller. The packages arrived on time, the items were secured well and all needed pieces were provided. The set was easy to put together and is so sturdy and comfortable!! The height is appropriate and it looks great! I have some heavy weighted family members (>300#) and the furniture is very supportive for them. The only thing that is off is the fact that I wish the cushions were a little thicker. I would definitely buy this set again and I recommend this brand.

My chairs arrived quickly and were well packaged. One of the armrest had a misaligned hole but the company was very kind to send a replacement out immediately on request. Assembly was not too bad. The chairs are prettier than pictured and appear pretty solid once assembled. The cushions are very nicely padded making the chairs very comfortable. The table was very easy to put together and is cute. I have a small front porch but it all fits nicely. Excellent quality with a reasonable price. Great customer service.

We ordered these for our porch and they are nice for the price. The cushions are okay, but I would like a little more padding. The assembly directions are challenging. We ended up contacting seller for more hardware and started over again. They were very responsive and shipped them right away. . .had them in a few days. Very helpful on phone call. Second time around, we got them done and they are fine. The chairs are a little lower than I thought, but they are comfy and love the ottoman.

We love the two swivel rockers with ottomans that we bought for our new porch. Pretty fiddley to put together (two men took about 4 hours to finish them both), but worth the effort. Look marvelous and classy, and very comfortable, too. A win all around.

Didn't want the traditional L-shaped patio furniture set as you always loose the corner seat that no one wants to sit on. This set allows two comfortable 3-person sofas and two of the most comfortable swivel rockers you ever sat in. By far the best patio furniture set I've come across. It is pricier that the cheap sets but so worth it. A nice coffee table is a bonus. I'm not disappointed with the style and quality of this set.

First of all, the vendor communication on ordering issues was fabulous, once I got beyond Amazon's basic customer service process and got to the vendor. The chairs came in undamaged boxes, were undamaged, had all parts, even incuded a great little ratchet tool, never seen included in any other furniture assembly packets. The assembly process was slow, but all instructions were pretty clear. Patience needed in lining up some holes, and it takes two people to add pressure to join sections. The chairs made a lovely addition/replacement for my Florida glass/screen lanai. A+

I ordered the 3 piece rocker, table set a little over a week ago. I just received my set, but they only sent the bases and not my 3 pc rocker/table set! I am very displeased at the moment and have already filed the report with Amazon who stated they notified the seller. The seller is supposed to get in touch with me by December 3. I will update with what they have to say and hopefully they will resolve my issue and expedite the mailing process. Update to come…. UPDATE 12/2/2023 The seller contacted me and apologized for the delay. They stated Fed Ex had the second package and promised it would be delivered no later than 12/5/2023. So far, customer service was very prompt and responsive to my concerns and inquiries. UPDATE 12/4/2023 The company responded very promptly and shipped the remaining package prior to the due date they set. I was able to put the chairs and table together and we do NOT regret it. Yes, there was difficulty in shipping. However, it is December and Christmas is the busiest time of year for shipping and handling. I highly recommend this set. You will not be dissatisfied. Assembly: Assembly is a little tasking. However, there is a QR code you can scan and follow along with the video which makes it a lot easier. If you have a second person, you can put these two chairs, plus the table together in under 30 minutes for sure. They swivel and glide smooth, and have very comfy cushions. Of course, I just received these so we’ll see how long the cushions last. But they feel as if they will last quite a while. Definitely recommend getting these for your front porch. My wife and I will be looking into purchasing the covers come spring time.
