I have dry eye. I’ve tried various drops both recommended by my eye doctor and some recommend recommended by Amazon customers - none seemed to help. I’ve tried the misting eye cover which was at times beneficial. But for the most part, I wasn’t happy with anything. I try these eye vitamins and after 4 to 6 weeks I’d say I thought they were doing something. However, shortly after that, I needed to stop taking them for a short time and that’s when I realized what a good job they were doing. I got back on them as quickly as I could. I am truly happy with them and will continue to buy them.

These were actually my preferred Lutein supplement, but they got too expensive to keep up with. If you can afford them, I would recommend them. However, there are other brands that are also good, not too sweet, and more affordable.
