Originally I had given this ebike a one star review. I thought it had been shipped with a bad battery and I was really upset about that. I WAS WRONG. Due to my oversight while unboxing yhe bike, the issue had been packing material. The packing material made it so the battery wouldn't fully connect so it seemed the battery was bad and the bike wouldn't turn on. I was giving the bike a visual inspection and noticed a price of thick foam 1 inch wide and 3 inches long that had been adhered to the very bottom of where the battery connects. This foam effectively caused the battery to not fully connect. Also since the battery had come FULLY CHARGED, when I had plugged it into the charger it glowed green from onset. This further fueled my assumption the battery was bad. Well after I took off the packing foam and reinserted the battery I pressed the battery level indicator (finally for the first time, duh) I noticed it was fully charged. I turned the bike on it sprang to life and I was a happy camper. Actually this is my FIFTH (5TH) Ebike. I had previously always had 26 inch tire bikes, this was my first 20 inch tire bike. I'm sold on 20 inch tire bikes. For me they are much easier to ride and handle, making my ride experience more pleasant. So if you are considering getting this bike go for it. It's super sturdy, it's fast (1500 watts), has cool accessories (brake light, turn signals, phone charger) but most of all its a blast to ride. The gripe I have is that I wish it came in colors other than flat black, but hey I can live with a flat black colored ebike....get yours today, the price is right, the shipping is fast, the riding is a blast!!! ... show more
