    • Too Quiet! Make sure you know this before purchasing.
First off, I give it four stars because I don't want to hurt the product rating but really I feel like it should be three ONLY BECAUSE it is just too quiet for me. This is not a problem with the product. It is my fault for not researching this better. So I write this review as a fair warning for those who are looking for a meaty exhaust - this is not it. Fitment: 2011 Nissan Armada Platinum Install: I had it installed and inquired on the difficulty. They reported the install went very smooth and was quite easy. No issues, no modifications necessary, no headaches. Looks: It looks nice and shiny. The exhaust tip of course looks better than stock. Sound: Quite disappointing. When I first turned it on, my giddy smile of anticipation immediately vanished. I gave it some gas and then a frown appeared. It just felt like nothing much changed. I wish it was 15-20% louder - and that being said, I'm not looking for a monster truck, obnoxious sound. I just wanted something to make the V8 sound alive. Yes, you will notice some difference. You can smash the throttle and you'll hear *something*. But you will never get that deep growl on startup. You won't have any rumble in the parking lot. At cruise, you can easily drown out the exhaust with the radio volume at 25%. Not that you want an annoying highway drone but you get the idea. Nobody will get in your truck and say, "Hey! Did you get a new exhaust?" I doubt anybody would notice a difference other than you. Power: I have no data nor will I ever get this vehicle dyno'd but I can feel a decent improvement in throttle response. Claims of 15-20hp may be much but I would estimate a good 10hp. You know the nice power difference you feel if you smash the throttle with the a/c off versus on? It's about the same feeling with the exhaust, maybe a tad bit more. So anyway, point is that it was noticeable and that is good. MPG: Who knows, who cares. It's a full-sized SUV and MPG varies so much on people's driving style, tire size, ambient temperature, fuel properties and altitude. Don't believe the MPG hype and just drive your vehicle and not worry about it. ... show more

This was a great buy! The dealer quoted me a $1500 price tag on replacing OEM and warned me that if I went aftermarket, I'd never get the sounds of the OEM. He was right...it was 10x better!!! Love it! And for the price point, it's a steal!
