This is a great treadmill for a home gym. It’s not overly large and fits well in smaller spaces. It folds up and down very easily. The display numbers are large and easy to read. It has several programs available, only negative is you just have to try them all to know what each program offers. The hand rails are a little shorter than I would like but still usable. The biggest negative of this machine is that the cup holders are on an angle and are very shallow. As a result, they will not hold a drink. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase. ... show more

    • Not a quality item
This treadmill had 2 positive features. It's smaller and space saving, and easy to set up. However, once set up, it's doesn't work. Running at just a normal pace, the belt was sticking and not running smoothly. When we called they said to oil the belt. We did so, and still had the same issues. We then called a treadmill specialist to come take a look in hopes to have it repaired. $250 later he said the belt provided was not the correct size and he tried two other sizes. He then said we need to get a refund. Amazon gave us trouble with this. It's hard to return a bulk item without having the packaging etc. We assumed it would work properly as we paid almost $700 for the item at the time. The whole experience has been a nightmare. Finally we got Amazon to agree to have a courier service to pick it up, and weeks later still waiting for a partial refund. Do not buy! Also, the cup holder is small and shallow and completely useless. ... show more

    • Quality construction
Be sure to check pins in cable running up to controls in right front post. I had one bent and thus transmitting no signal to control center. Worst condition was I had to disassemble and make corrections. Also, I still am no sure how to apply the oil to the belt. I put a bead along the left and right side under the belt. Seems to work OK. Instructions not clear. Otherwise very happy. This is a follow up to the above. Had unit a little past warranty when the light panel lights stopped working. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement light board. With minor tools and 30 minutes I was able to replace the light panel board and all works perfectly.     • The Value Is There, With Caveats
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE July 18, 2022 : Please see note within review regarding touch screen. After several days poring over treadmill specs and reviews, I settled on this one based on price and function. I've been using it daily for nearly two weeks, however, considering this is a high-ticket item its value won't be fully determined for some time. That said I will be certain to update this review accordingly at regular intervals as necessary. Now, let's dive in. PROS: + Very simple and straightforward assembly + Paired easily and quickly with my phone's Bluetooth and it reconnected automatically when switched on + Straightforward buttons when you just want to press start and go, everything is fairly self-explanatory + Large easy to view screen + Frame seems well-built and sturdy + Didn't require much manual adjusting, though it needed a quick tweak for when used at speed + Good sized running board (I'm 6' with a long stride, but this has been quite comfortable to walk/jog on without fear of running off the backend) + Relatively quiet during use, just a soft steady hum + Auto incline (however, it is very clearly not the same angle of incline as a gym quality machine) NEUTRALS: * The touchpad response is finicky as sometimes it will not register a touch until several taps later, it happens enough to be annoying but not often enough to warrant losing points (UPDATE: moved to Cons) * Already showing wear and tear (beyond normal scuffs) along the running board which isn't optimal considering I've only been walking/jogging 30 min daily, but it's mainly cosmetic so not in the Cons * Oiling the running board could be easier, though it's not prohibitively difficult * Arrived dinged, scuffed, and dusty out of the box * The tablet/phone holder can only hold a very thin tablet/phone without a case (I have an LG V60 that will only *just* fit when I remove the case) CONS: -I thought I could live with the finicky touchscreen, however, it is so random/ inconvenient (and in one case dangerous bc the decrease speed & stop buttons decided not to work) that I had to move this to the Cons; I've uploaded a video to illustrate - The description is misleading as all the measurements are in kilometers, not miles (speed, distance), with no way to switch - The handlebars are too short to be useful either during use or when needing to move it - The wheels hitch when attempting to move the treadmill (between the useless wheels and handlebars, expect to leave this treadmill right where you assemble it) - The instructions do not explain what each of the preset programs are (you're expected to just go in blind for each one I guess) - Speakers are tinny and hollow, plus they are rear facing so the sound projects away from you - The pulse reader is so inaccurate it's best to avoid it altogether (compared with my smart watch and manual pulse check the treadmill sensor was off by a whopping 40bmp each time) - The drink holders are useless with a capital useless as they literally cannot hold a container that's taller than 4 inches without it falling out FINAL THOUGHTS What ultimately tipped the scales in this treadmill's favour was the advertised 3.5 Continuous HP motor (though I worry that it's not actually *continuous* and is, instead, peak based on how hot it gets after a 30 minute jog), auto incline, and the larger running board. Had I purchased this machine for the full asking price of roughly $900, I would've been disappointed because of the speed discrepancy, useless features which would've been great to have, and the clunkiness of it. That said, because I was able to purchase it with an advertised coupon dropping my total down to roughly $690, the value is there despite its shortcomings. Unless something happens or I note anything new that comes up, I will update this review again in a year's time just to let you know how well it holds up. NOTE: In the video I'm tapping the increase incline button, however, it's not responding. I hit the decrease incline button and it does respond although the incline is already at 0. Yet, when I hit the increase incline button again it doesn't respond. It didn't respond until several seconds later (after I stopped recording). This issue is intermittent & affects any button at any time and without warning. ... show more
