We just put ours together and the bolts for the base are too long. Like many other comments say. Except we can’t get the bolts off now to add washers. The machine is UNUSABLE as is. It’s dangerous as the base is not stable. I’ve asked to be contacted by the seller and have heard nothing. PLEASE CONTACT ME to fix this problem. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and they sent out a whole new machine plus extra bolts. We have not put it together yet so I will update then. Raising my 1 star to 4 stars. Will add another star if everything is ok once we put it together.

Love the fact that this machine is so compact and easy to use. The only problems I have with it are the squeaky sounds that come from the arm bars and the app doesn't sync with the machine. I've tried to oil the joints and made sure the screws were all tight but it still squeaks the entire time I'm working out. Other than that it works just fine. It would be nice if thw app worked with the machine so I could use the preprogrammed workouts. That was part of the reason I bought the machine I the first place.

I bought this unit four months ago. It was working great, and then out of the blue, it just stopped turning on. I have contacted the company for assistance in a replacement And all they have to say is I have to plug it in. Obviously I am not dumb and I know how to plug a unit. It is plugged in I have video proof. I wish they customer service would take care of its customers better. I wanted to buy another From them, but if this is how they treat their customers, then forget it. If they resolve my issue I will change the review. Update: Amazon has taken care of the problem for me. They are sending me a new replacement. Amazon has Excellent customer service!! My rating is back up to 5 stars. Amazon is not to blame. Rhythm fun company however is a joke.

The media could not be loaded. The rhythm fun elliptical machine is perfect for me, I don't have time to go to the gym and now winter is coming and I'm not going to be able to go to my night runs with the cold. So I'm so happy and excited for my new elliptical machine, is so easy to use and has different setting for resistance levels, you can easy change them on the display in front of you. The range of motion is great and I don't feel pain on my joints that's the best thing, and there's almost no noise on the machine. You can also put your cellphone there so you can watch shows or listen to music while you are working out. The machine has a good size, not to big so it can fit anywhere you house, I put mine on the garage. The elliptical machine was easy to assembly I did it by my self, and the instruction are clear. Really food quality on the elliptical machine, is sturdy and good material. Great buy, in so happy that now I will be able to workout at the comfort of my house.

It was straight forward to the it together. The instruction menu was very helpful. As long as you closely follow the steps, there shouldn’t have any compilations. After assembled, I turned it on and started using it right away. It’s relatively quiet. Very easy to operate. The Intensity Level can be easily adjusted during exercise. Also you can set how long of your exercise, and how many calories to burn. I found the most effective way to do exercise is do HIIT(high-intensity interval training) cycling workouts. Just peddling very hard for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds, a 2:1 work to recovery ratio. And repeat the interval for 25 minutes. Before starting the intervals, I normally do five minutes of easy cycling to warm up. I have been using this machine for a couple of months now, 30 minutes a day HIIT cycling workout has totally changed my health. The machine is well made, sturdy and compact. I am happy with this purchase.

First off the assembly of this took me about an hour with my 12 year old helping. I am moderately handy but I found assembly pretty easy. Now the fun part is I’m enjoying this greatly and have been motivated to use it. I hate gyms so this is an investment in myself. This is the first time I have ever purchased something from Amazon that didn’t have reviews…so I was hesitant but I really liked the way this machine looked when compared to others at the same price point…and I am pleasantly surprised! The shipping was GREAT! Not only did it come faster than expected but this thing was packed to endure even the wildest of delivery rides! The directions were VERY detailed, I recommended reading through them first because some parts are already attached to the pieces but further steps in the instructions make that very clear. I put it together all by myself…be careful when taking it out of the box as it is folded. I dinged my wood floors terribly…but you live and you learn. It came with all the tools and parts you need. I have played around with it a bit and can’t review the electronic portion. It does turn on like it should. I have not done a full workout on it yet but the assembly process leaves me with no hesitation about long term sustainability, it seems well made. Some parts are hard plastic but most are welded metal. Overall, I would recommend this machine to a friend!

Love it! It took awhile for me to get it out to put together, but my son in law finally did it for me. This thing is SO QUIET. It absolutely does not make sounds to disturb anyone else around. Very smooth gliding. My son in law thought the stride was a bit too small (he’s 5’10””ish), but it’s perfect for me (5’2”ish) and my daughter (5’4”ish). The turn dial is awesome for adjusting the electrical levels. I wanted an electrical elliptical as opposed to the manual dial. This one is perfect!! Love it. Not a single regret except that if I had waited, the coupon would have been even better!
