I have had a beautiful musical rhythm clock for over twenty years and it was precious to me! Unfortunately, due to hurricane Ian here in Florida, it was broken! I was devastated knowing I could never replace it. I looked on Amazon and lo and behold they had them. I was able to purchase another clock with almost the exact same face and design, The only thing different was it played 30 songs instead of the six that my clock played! I LOVE THIS CLOCK! It is really beautiful with the blue earth, the moon and stars. When it plays and opens up, it's moving parts positively glitter and shine. I love the dark wood frame. My grandchildren love to watch it play every hour. I also enjoy being able to press a button and have it play any time I want to hear and see it perform. I wondered if playing it at random times would disrupt the hourly show but IT DOES NOT. It plays on the hour no matter how many times I push the button in between the hours. It does need to be in a well lighted area or the sensor will not allow it to play which is good for sleeping hours. However, if it is too dark and you want it to play, simply push the button and it will play on demand. My grandchildren often come to ask me to play it and are mesmerized. "It sparks joy" and I couldn't be happier! Worth every penny. ... show more

This is the most beautiful, elegant item I have in my house. It is STUNNING. I will run into the house just before the hour so I can see the movment and hear the music. I am so excited for Christmas as I can set the clock to play Christmas music, and my adult children and grandchildrn have never seen anything like this. I think they will be in awe. It will not play the music if the room is dark, which is nice as it won't disturb anyone's sleep. If you are on the fence about ordering this clock, oder it! I don't think you will be dissappointed. I had a rhythm clock years ago that unfortunately got knocked off the wall and broke. I have always wanted to replace it but never found one that compared to my old one. Until this one!! It is absolutely beautiful and by far surpasses the previous one I owned. I’m happy with the clock, seems well made and beautiful, however, the earth in the center of the clock is not the same as pictured in the photos. In the product photos the earth has some yellows and greens which makes it pop and stand out. The one I received is more monotone. I wish I had known this. Otherwise it’s a great clock that is pretty amazing when it moves and plays music. It’s a birthday gift for my husband so I splurged. ... show more
