The media could not be loaded. Ordered for my son’s birthday, he was so excited when I put it together just to see that it was defective. Contacted Hoffree like Amazon said they replied to contact Amazon back and forth for 2 days neither one would send a replacement. The only option Amazon was offering was a return and refund which any one who had did a return with Amazon knows how long they takes and too be refunded. Not everyone has close to 200 dollars to just keep forking out I am on disability so it took me 2 months to save up just to get my son the first broken chair. So now I had to tell my son he has to wait like a month to I get refunded to get him another one. Hoffree very bad customer service period. ... show more

This "brand new" gaming chair was delivered a day early box opened with unsecured parts. Returning to UPS immediately as it was delivered to my door by UPS. Unacceptable. 10/9/25 Update: I've had this gaming chair for several months now, and here's my experience and update to the rating (1 out of 5, to 4 out of 5). A brand new chair was immediately sent to me directly from Amazon after I contacted them for a return. Once I received the replacement, I found that it was not very difficult to put together. I did notice after assembling it that the chair is not as robust as my dedicated office chair of the same size and similar build. The arms of the chair are especially something that you may really want to be careful with because they feel as if they may break if enough pressure is applied. I've used the leg rest only while lying back, and with it slightly retracted because it may also bend or brake off if too much pressure is applied to it. I believe the chair would be perfect for young children, teenagers, and anyone who has a thin frame and doesn't weigh more than 300 pounds, and that's primarily because of the arm rests and the narrow seat. Build: 3 out of 5. Bluetooth works excellent, although you will need to adjust the volume of your media on the device sending the audio (unfortunately to my knowledge, you can't adjust the female voice that tells you "Connected", and it can be somewhat loud). The LED lights also work excellent because you have a many settings to change and adjust. When I sit down to play games, it's actually pretty cool to be surrounded by the LED lighting which complements the other LED lighting I have in my gaming/radio room. Functionality: 5 out of 5 Overall I like the chair, and hopefully they can make it more durable and robust in future reiterations. 4 out of 5, and I do recommend it. It's pretty cool! ... show more
