Everything is good but the assembly instructions are not very clear and had to check out a few YouTube videos. Also, the electrical connections are all wired separately and thisreqired me to purchase additional items to combine the wires to plug in.

Bought this chair for the wife because of the color and the massage lumbar. Chair is great, easy to put together. Cords could be longer. lumbar massage pillow lasted a week. Doesn't work anymore. She thinking of buying a different chair and give this one to the kids.

The rgb is cool. The massage feature I'd a little pillow you have to plug in via USB. The base is plastic so I can't see it holding up to someone in the close to the 397 weight limit (oddly precise) weight limit. The back does not stay upright if you lean too hard into it when it's locked in place. And it wobbles. A lot. If this was a 300 dollar chair I'd call it junk. For 200 (or less with coupon) I'd say it's an okay purchase but I don't see much longevity to chair. It was easy to assemble though. I give props for that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The instructions are complete garbage. No instructions on bluetooth pairing whatsoever. Have yet to find the bluetooth pairing switch on it.
