    • One Year Review -Customer Support Issues
One year ago I purchased this camera, and the hardwired kit. For Uber driving. Emediatly I had issues , the time and date never worked, even after firmware updates, the video froze constantly while recording, sound worked half the time, night vision worked maybe if I was lucky, I contacted Rexing Customer Support ,the guy on the phone said they would ship me a new updated camera that would fit my needs, they offered me Rexing V5 Rexing V5 Rear view Camera and the Cabin View Camera as a substitute, I was like ok..sure why not.. I was happy , but felt like it was to good to be true, and maybe the guy was just trying to get me off the phone.. I never asked for that camera but certainly wasn't gonna turn it down.. well the camera never come, 4 weeks passed I contacted them again..they said they had no such order for me nor any records of the conversation.. well I am still upset over it.. customer support can't honor what deals they make with you on any level, Beware if you buy from them.. I never asked for that camera but was looking forward to it . Also was suppose to replace the hardwire kit also.. 45 ang..if you choose to buy from them just be cautious customer service lies.. Since this Review customer support has contacted me 3 times saying they would replace ,after verification of purchase they still only email me but no actions taken, now they are requesting me to change my review.. I will update it when they do what they said they would originally do, until then I stand by my honest review. ... show more

Straight out of the box the camera would constantly power on and off. If it remained on it would tell me to format the SD card right after I formatted it. I wasted time eagerly awaiting this product. I wasted time trying to make it work. Now I have to waste time returning it. Don't waste your time on this garbage. ... show more
