However , it stopped notifying me of any porch activity after the first two days. I've had packaged delivered with no notifications or video record. The lock gets disconnect from the wifi a lot. Motions detector is slow to respond. Key pad is slow to respond to touch. Company is a Chinese-owned company in Shenzhen. So data privacy is worrying. However this is for one of my investment properties so it’s not a big deal. I would recommend this is lock if you want to buy for an investment property, a gift but not for personal use. ... show more

    • WiFi would not connect
The product is sleek and looks great on my door but the WiFi would not connect . Tried everything. The blue tooth connection was also not too good. Had to move closer to the door for it to connect . This needs major upgrading

Expensive. Looks nice. Installation not that complicated. The app is terrible and messes with other apps in my phone. Could not use any features with wifi. Would not recommend it.

    • Check your 2.5Ghz wi-fi first
Since I was unable to get my wi-fi to connect as 2.5Ghz by my front door, I was unable to use the camera or chime features which were the main selling points for me. Fortunately, we can still use key access or remote access via Bluetooth. I cannot review other features since they require working 2.5Ghz wireless connectivity. I am disappointed.
