Eufy did a great job designing this. Unbelievably easy to install and a top quality product. The video is superb, the chimes sound great (I think it has 8 to choose from), and the installation instructions were very well designed so that a child could have easily done it and all at a great price point. Bravo Eufy. I know it sounds like I must work for them but nope, just a very happy customer. I also have their robo vacuum and it's just as good. I'll be watching for their other products.

this chime is so disappointed, it works independently, however, it could not be added into the app. when you scan the barcode, it showed "the device can be used directly without pairing in APP, follow the instruction to launch the device". while the instruction said"following the steps in the app". Then when you tried to input the code manually, it told you "the code doesn't existed". what a joke!

Works as advertised and will work with both the 1080 (wired) and 2K (wired) versions. Despite the picture being different (LED being a single blue line instead of a circle) the chime is exactly the same as the one that came with my doorbell, being a blue circle LED indicator. Installations was easy and the chime is plenty loud enough for anyone on the same floor to hear.

Unit was easy to add to my existing Eufy Doorbell. This was an add-on chime to place at the back end of the house close to the garage. It installed easily, and there were no conflicts between it and the already existing chime. The only thing I don't care for is the cheesy electronically produced chime, but I knew this was what I was getting because the primary unit (that came with the doorbell) was/is the same way. Every time it goes off the people buried at Westminster roll in their grave!

We replaced a Ring Video Door Bell Pro with this, as we got tired of yearly payment for stored videos. The installation was super easy. The hardest part was to locate the old door bell transformer and replace it with an 16V 30VA one. One negative is about the 15 degree angle mount. It has open slits on all four sides. which exposes the wiring to rain splash & washing. We had to cover the slits with silicon. A question was submitted to Eufy but no reply yet.

We ordered this so we could habe a second chime on the top level of our house. It was so easy to add on to our existing eufy doorbell system. Several different chines to choose from as well! Good price too .
