This is the second one of these that I have purchased. We are in Real Estate and remodeled a house to sell last summer, so wanted a nice door lock. Found this on Amazon and loved it. This year we needed one for our own front door and could not find anything like this at Home Depot or Lowes. They were all two pieces and much more expensive. So ordered anotheroneon Amazon.. OH, MY GOSH! WE LOVE THIS ONE! We installed it ourselves, and it works perfectly! No more key. (It also has a key, if you need it). And you can program different codes for different people, if you want. So many cool features. Highly recommend!

This door knob was super easy to install. Came with easy instructions and diagram if you need to do any extra cutting. I would say that the deadbolt lock is longer then “normal”, so I just had to do some more drilling. This is perfect for Airbnb’s that have multiple guests a week to not have to reset and change the codes as often with in between visitors.

The 1/4" throughbolts for deadbolt mounting, initially would not go into the two holes. After inspecting, I noticed that the threads had paint over them. I needed to get out my 1/4" 28NF tap to clean them out. I recommend anyone having this tap on hand to clean out just in case. If you don't, you may need to make a special trip to Home Depot or other hardware store to get this tap. If you are the only one home, you may have to reassemble the old deadbolt to be able to lock up your house. The manual has a misleading error when adding a user code. The instructions say to first enter the master code, then after a sequence it says "New master code". It should say "New USER code". The same error occurs in the manual when adding a one-time user code. Once I got past these problems, the unit works flawlessly.

Very easy to install and program, this lock looks amazing on our front door! It has made our lives so simple now that we don't need to carry our house keys any more. The one button locking feature is very nice as well. We programmed it with special codes for our family members that can be disabled at any time. Great value for the money since most comparable locks we looked at were almost double the price at the local hardware stores.

My wife and I decided to replace our door lock system. This one seemed promising. It seems to be well made - mostly metal. It was easy to install and it looks great! However, the instructions for setting the code is confusing. I've tried setting it 5x w/o success. I'm sure it's an easy fix.

Very happy with this purchase. The instructions were OK. It took a little thinking to understand. But that's OK. Probably a bad translation. I really like (love?) that you can activate codes for friends and family, such as those that are used for their own electronic door locks. You can then delete them if they are no longer needed or access is to be denied. (pissed you off). Reasonably priced compared to some other units. I'm very, very happy with this electronic door lock and handle. I did have to patch the old bottom handle from the previous handle, but the new styles are a little bit shorter. No big deal. Love it!
