The straps work great! The bolts to install them are garbage. If you have a spray liner, make sure the liner is completely cut away from the screw holes, and then use a screwdriver to get them in though you will need a lot of hand strength to do it. After 3 bolts stripped with hand tightening, I went to Home Depot to get new screws. I hit those with a touch of WD40 and they slid right in to my new 2025 F150. The bolts are cheap Chinesium as I like to call them with zero strength to turn without stripping. However, the unit itself works amazingly well! I love the one button pull back and they are just solid! They hold everything down and hold a tremendous amount of weight! Great purchase overall

First impressions are 10/10. They look good, the various hook points are great, it installs incredibly easy, the ratchet and auto roll up work as intended. Very happy with it now, will update if anything changes

Installed on '23 Mav XLT with bed liner, factory cargo tie down rails, Bakflip tri-fold cover and Elevate rack system. Installation is pretty straight forward, I stripped the head on the supplied hardware while using a power ratchet and had to sacrifice a screw removal bit to remove it (I suggest you do it it by hand using the stock star bolts) The hardware supplied is reasonable but not great. Loosen up the center bolt on the factory rail system (if you have it) to give you enough pry room to fit the tab behind and be prepared to re-align the washer underneath during re-installing the bolt. The fit on the right hand side is tight if using a star or hex socket to tighten the hardware. For the convenience of not having to fish out a cam strap from under my back seat or the cubby that is probably tangled with others, and the ease at which it recoils and does not need to be rolled up manually to put away - these are timesavers at the least. I would consider these medium to light duty. I would tie in my kayaks, bicycles or miscellaneous lumber and home goods- I would not use these for a motorcycle. The build seems great -I wish the straps were more heavy duty and same for the hardware. I compare these to my Rhino auto and some b brand cam straps that Have used with a motorcycle. Left strap This item, Middle Rhino, Right - B-brand cam strap. Thickness of strap only- I cant afford to test the actual strength.

Impressed with these ratchet straps and love how they fit nicely in place of OEM brackets of my 2010 f150 KR Note is you have the folding OEM bed extender that the ratchet will run the backside of the extender when folded and stowed, you could possibly bend the ratchet in some, but the material of ratchet bracket is heavy and it may throw off the mounting bolt alignment. Retractable feature works well, but I can see it needing assistance with use over time, but most retractables do over time once the internal spring begins to stretch and lose some of its force

Fit was a bit off on one side. Will not be able to put the bolt closest to the tailgate back on the trail rail system. Also one of the bolts came with no threads cut on the inside.

Fantastic ratchet straps! Better than regular tie downs IMO. Just bought a new truck and was looking for some ratchet tiedowns. The truck was new and also had a spray-in Rhino bedliner so I had to use a thread tap to make pilot holes in order to secure them to the truck bed. I reached out to their customer service and inquired about the tap bolt size and they responded within 24 hours. The only con is the bolts were chrome and the mount is black (see pics) but I ended up spray painting all the bolts black. Total install time was approximately 30-45 minutes.
