This is the third model of portable neck massager I've tried and I have to say I'm overall impressed. I like that the neck portion actually has two petals on each side that press on my neck and sequence in addition to the pointier bits that get in between the shoulder blades. I generally use this while relaxing in bed propped up on a couple pillows, but I appreciate very much that it is a rechargeable device and if I want to or need to I can walk around the house while it's still working on my neck. It doesn't move up and down on its own but if I want it's a massage a different spot I can easily move it myself and use the arm straps to hold it in place if needed. It does occasionally have a tendency to hesitate mid massage usually it'll happen about twice per massage cycle that I wasn't sure if it was part of the massage and it seems like it isn't because it happens fairly randomly as opposed to at set intervals but doesn't seem to affect the overall experience in a negative way.     • Feels like a strong little elf, massaging your shoulders!
This neck and shoulder massager is one of the more unique designs I have tried. It is quite strong and feels great after sitting at the computer and commuting for over an hour each way. Instead of shiatsu balls, inside of the massager, this version has what looks to be metal feet. It feels like a little strong gnome, kneeling on my shoulders massaging them. It takes some getting used to at first because of the height of the knobs. Initially it started to fall off my shoulders, unless it was pressed against my couch. With the use of the back strap, that changed everything. I was able to keep it in place and adjust the strength using the arm slings. I love using this at night on my sofa, chilling out and watching TV. For the price, I think it’s a great value because you can bring the massage into your home instead of having to go to an expensive spa. I can also use the massager on my legs and lower back.     • Deep tissue massage hurts so good!
If you are a fan of light Swedish massage, this is not the tool for you. This massager simulates the deep rolling massage technique of a shiatsu massage, and really presses into your muscles. I was impressed how well this massager works, considering that it looks quite awkward from the photos. You can have a bit of control over how deep/aggressive you want the massage to be by exerting more/less tension on the blue loops/straps, but it is definitely a deep powerful massage. While the massage feels really really good, my one complaint is that the controls for the massager are inconveniently placed. There is no good way to see where the controls are unless you remove the massager to look at them, and the control buttons are pretty indistinguishable from each other by mere touch. I kind of had to mess around in order to find the correct button for the setting I wanted to adjust. It's not the end of the world, but a better design would be if the controls were located on the loop handle (easier to see) OR if the buttons had a more distinct tactile difference between them. This little thing packs a punch! It’s definitely strong enough to work out some knots but it does hurt and it targets the same area every time. I wish it could have a wider range. The heat is not great, I can’t really tell when it’s on.

Ok, when you turn this thing on a look at how it works, the little “feet” that move around are somewhat creepy looking. However, I love using this massager at night while watching TV. You can easily regulate the strength you want by pulling down on those two handles as hard as you desire. The only thing I would have changed, is the co trip buttons. They could be easier accessible, and it would be nice to have the strength and heat settings a little clearer. But once you go fire that out, it’s all good. It’s a great neck massager. ... show more

This is not a typical vibrate and heat massager. This unit will make you cry and smile at the same time if u pull hard enough in it. It’s portable and lightweight to move around on your neck and body. The harder you pull, the more you benefit. It’s like a bulked up masseuse that doesn’t get tired!

Glad I bought this. Due to disabilities this is a god send for a painful neck. Relatively easy to use and setup. Really like the heat feature with the massage as it helps alot relaxing the stiffness and pain. The settings are mostly basic and easy to use with no real effort at all. This machines is so surprisingly life-like! It feels like actual hands are working their way around your neck! I will say, it’s a little intense and we are still trying to figure out the settings and play with our comfort level. We started the machine up and I didn’t know how to adjust the intensity so it almost felt like pinching at first but once we got the right angle and setting it was dreamy!
