They hold up well, and I haven’t noticed any stones missing. I like how dainty and clear the CZs look. Material isn’t flimsy or easily bendable. It was easy to put in. Previous cheap cz pins I’ve gotten don’t last very long, the cz will fall out within a week and the color will start to change. These are perfect for a small, subtle piercing. I think the quality is good, no irritation from it and they are easy to take out but also don’t fall out of my nose. The only thing I’m not crazy about is it didn’t really shine and the stem is too short. That could be just for my nose, maybe my skin is thicker than others but I’ve worn other nose bone studs that were 20g but longer. It’s barely long enough for the ball to go all the way through the inside of the nostril, so I was pushing it down a lot and the diamond was pressing into my nose and digging into the skin.
