My first impressions for this chair is good. It’s comfortable, raises up/down a decent height, & I also like how much I can recline back(the recline lock is a plus). Only gripe I have is the chair came with white smudges on the back part, the small white particles around it are from the disinfecting wipes I tried using to clean them off. It made them less whiter, but they’re still there, not a deal breaker for me but this is why I’m giving this chair 4/5 stars. While I’m typing this I just noticed more white smudges on the upper back part of the chair(tried using my thumb to get rid of them but it didn’t do much), they’re not noticeable but my previous sentence still stands. I’ll be back a couple of months later for an updated review. Edit: 6 months later the chair still holds up well. However I have two new problems. First the headrest is positioned in a weird way, it’s adjustable but it doesn’t move back as much as I’d like. Second is the lumbar support (I’m 5”7.5 by the way) isn’t high enough. It sits right below the area of my back that it’s supposed to support & it’s basically pointless. Other than that the stitching in the mesh is still just as it was when it first came. Never had any issues with faulty parts or anything of that nature. It’s better than what I used before it but the next chair I get, I’ll make sure it has none of the problems this one does. ... show more

I have assembled and reviewed so many rolling chairs that I might be able to assemble one blindfolded. They all seem to be so similar that distinguishing differences are relatively small, but this chair is very different. You can feel the difference in the weight of the parts and the strength of the attachments. It is in a class by itself. I thought it odd that the armrests were fixed and would not pull up out of the way, then I saw the little thing to push to unlock them. The gamers in the family all gave it a big thumbs up as a great chair. It's expensive but worth it if you want to feel like you have the best. ... show more

This is my first ever gaming chair and without a doubt this chair is more comfortable than the leather computer chair that I have. The instructions were very clear and these were the best instructions I've ever seen with a product. The pictures were great and instructions were clear. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble and it was very easy. After me putting the chair together and sitting in chair for quite some time and playing some games. It just feels just natural and just comfortable than also added bonus you can recline or adjust the chair to your likings. This is a really great chair and the quality speaks for it. The packaging was great if you want to give as gift. Hopefully the chair last and if something happens otherwise I'll update my review. ... show more

I often spend up to 10 hours a day in my office chair, so it matters to me the comfort and support. This chair meets my requirements, the only area it fell short on was the seat pan. It was just a bit too long. And that's just a bit picky, but I'm rather petite. Otherwise, the lumbar support was perfect for me, as was the headrest.
