I purchased this chair 6 months ago and work from home. I play a lot of video games as well. So this chair gets generally 6+ hours of usage per day. I'm not overweight for my height (5'8") PROS: Price * Pillows included * Looks like a gaming chair Cons * The lumbar pillow rides down to the seat over a short period of time while the neck pillow rides up needing constant adjustment * I only use the armrests to hold my elbows and NEVER scratch them in anyway, they are always under my desk, however they're both getting chewed up at the ends as if im anxiously pulling on the edge of them causing tears * The chair hydrolic already is failing and so when I sit on the chair occasionally it just slowly falls to the ground forcing me to raise it (which my 12+ year old prior chair did leading me to purchase this chair that did 11+ years faster) I wouldn't recommend this chair for anyone. Omega and all the big boy brands all offer chairs for 100-200 dollars more and to be frank if I could get AT LEAST A YEAR with their chairs it's worth the money if you sit on your chair frequently. If you never sit on your chair and it's just for office aesthetics then fine - save your money here. If you plan to use this chair STAY AWAY. ... show more

I really want to like this chair but I can’t help but feel disappointed. The chair looks amazing and I love the black and white color combination. However, I thought the chair would be a lot more comfortable. I may just have to break it in but the chair is very stiff and awkward feeling. Another big complaint I have is the lumbar pillow. Whenever I adjust the pillow it continues to slide down the chair causing you to constantly have to fix it. For $160 I couldn’t help but expect a little more out of this chair. My 6 year old $100 leather office chair is a lot more comfortable. I haven’t decided if I want to return this product and upgrade to a new chair or not. It’s going to be a huge hassle to remove the chair and pack it back up again... ... show more

The overall quality is very good for the price. Has an attractive modern design. Pretty simple to assemble, only took about 30-50 mins. Wasn't able to locate a manual to identify the meanings of the labels on the screws included so just had to guess and check. The reclining feature isn't the best personally, but is usable. The arm rests are slightly a bit too low for my liking even with adjustment, but still acceptable. Last but not least, is the comfort while seated. While seated, definitely felt a bit uncomfortable at first but slowly adjusted to it using both the lumbar and neck pillows. Keep in mind, with these racer styled chairs, if you don't already have good posture they may take a bit of time to get used to it. With my old chair, it had a design which cupped your back so slouching wasn't a difficult thing to do and I personally do already have bad seating posture with slouching. In sum, it is definitely a good product that is well made which may take time getting fully comfortable in depending on whether you already have good posture or not and the features included with the chair may not be completely perfect but they are still completely usable and acceptable. ... show more

This is a kind of love/accept review. When being used at my computer desk all pushed in and ready at the keyboard this thing is great. However when I spin around to my 65" TV for Playstation or movie watching it can be not so comfortable. Actually have to add a special pad to it because it hurts my tailbone which may be my issue more than the chairs issue but no other desk chair has triggered that pain. Warning!!! Box arives as if you bought it from the store, so be carefull and have someone recieve the package or someone on the street mite just take it. The arm rest are almost useless, only time I use them is when waiting on a loading screen or thinking to myself. Back support isn't that great.
