Very easy to assemble, would recommend using actual tools to do a final tightening of bolts but included tool works perfect for initial assembly. I needed more hight out of the chair so I purchased a larger shock stem and threw on a nicer set of wheels for the base but very happy with this chair, once adjusted it feels very comfortable for me @ 225lbs and 5’7”. Adjustments are a little tricky to do in seat but may just be because it’s new and higher off the ground. Feels sturdy with what seems to be quality steel for the base plate and arm rest. Let me address the seat cushion. Yes, it's a little firm, but that is how I like it. Easy to assemble. Took about 30 mins. Lumbar support, arms are adjustable, headrest is optional. Locks upright if you want. The seat bottom can be slid forward or back. The headrest moves a little bit, but I think this is by design in case you want to tilt your head back. Easy to assemble and minimally creaky for day to day use. The chair is comfortable to sit in but it's not made for small people. I'm 5'4" and the seat part is too long for my thighs so I either have the backrest and dangle my feet or sit forward and don't use it. It also puts the headrest way too high so instead of supporting my head, it just pushes my head down. Overall I'm still happy with it since I tend to sit pretty forward most of the time anyway and just wanted a more breathable chair for the climate I live in. ... show more

Awesome, gaming chair really like the mesh cause it's breathable and its comfortable. I've owned 2 other brand chairs and the cushions got so packed from sitting on them that they were stiff and hurt my back. But with this chair I feel like I'm in a hammock.

At its lowest position, my feet do not rest on, or entirely touch the ground. I'm 5' 7". This is uncomfortable to me. If you like your feet on the ground when you are sitting, I would avoid this chair unless you are closer to 6'. The lumbar support on the chair does not adjust far enough and presses into my middle back. It was causing me back pain on the first day of use. The lumbar support is not detachable, so if you find it uncomfortable you are out of luck. ... show more

I tried to buy a chair that was a little more expensive in hopes of it being a better chair. Hoping the quality would be better, the support and overall build would be better. I was wrong. I am an average person, 5'8" 190 lbs, active, play hockey etc. I bought this chair as my main office chair as it was mesh, claimed to have good back and lumbar support etc. After a year and half, Constantly in pain - this chair is not it. The part you sit on, lacks any type of support and comfort, It basically rolls your hips inward and puts weird pressure under your hamstrings even when your feet are flat on the floor. The fake leather used on the sides, poorly done. Over all quality feels very cheap and not worth the money at all. The 130$ chairs from staples offered better support and comfort for anything over an hour. If you thinking about this chair, strongly advise against it. The dissapointment is real. I tried to love it. It looked cool and was different, but you sacrifice so much for mediocre quality. Its been since Sept of 22 and I am now writing this in Jan 2024 - Thats how dissapointed I was. I had to come back and write a review so others dont buy this over priced pile of plastic. ... show more
