Decent set for the price and good for at-home workouts, especially if you’re just trying to stay consistent without bulky equipment. The handles are comfortable and the setup is easy to use. My only note is that the resistance doesn’t quite match what’s advertised. The heavier bands don’t feel as challenging as the weight suggests. Still usable, just not as intense as expected if you’re used to heavier gym resistance.
