Worked out great for my spare bedroom/home office! I put it together my self (only needed another set of hands to hold something a couple times). One of the tracks for pulling the drawer/frame out gives me problems but I’m always able to slide it back to connect again. It could have been something I did wrong putting it together. I bought a 6” thick folding mattress it fits perfectly even with a topper on it. The drawer stores the sheets, blankets and pillow.

Sturdy bed for guests. As others have stated it takes a while to assemble however directions were easy to follow and all pieces were there. Drawers slide well and the design is superb. Handles are where handles are needed but might not be thought of if design was not excellent. It is solid and a nice piece of furniture. Would highly recommend!!

This turned out better than I thought. It looks rustic and super trendy. There were 3 of us putting it together and if you really follow the instructions step-by-step, it will make sense. But it did take us a good 4 1/2 to 5 hours. It’s well worth the money and investment! To get a mattress was cheap. Just make sure it’s the right mattress for that bed.

This bed is exactly what we needed for our spare room that wasn’t being utilized much. This will give us an extra bed, just in case it’s needed, instead of using the sleeper sofa in the living room. It took me about 4 hours to put together, working solo with manual tools. A drill likely would’ve cut about 30 minutes to and hour off that. The bed looks and operates rather well. My only complaints would be that it’s a little hard to pull open on carpet(but not too bad, just have to pull up a little while moving in and out), and the drawer sits so close to the bottom of the Murphy door and it has already tore up the white pad that is there to protect the platform. Plenty of room for a 6 inch thick foldable queen mattress inside with some room to spare. If you’re looking for a great Murphy bed at a good price, this is the one to get. It was packed very well, and even with the abuse from FedEX, it arrived with only 2 extremely small dents in the woods that weren’t even noticeable after putting it together.

The Farmhouse Murphy Bed Cabinet It did take along time to put together, but it’s worth it !!! The mattress folds up easily & fits easy in the closed up area. I also like how big the drawer is . Iam able to fit 4 extra bed pillows in it. That I use when company comes. The Bedroom is also used as a playroom when my Grandkids come, so its nice that the bed folds up so they still have rom on the floor to play.
