This resistance band set is nice and heavy duty, made to last. I like how each band has the weight of resistance printed on the handle. Makes it easy to select the right weight for each exercise. I got this set to take with me and keep up my workouts on trips. Much easier than taking a set of dumbbells! One thing I wish, though is that a more complete set of suggested exercises booklet was included with the bands.

I used them dearly. Good material. I may suggest tho, other options, as proper resistance bands are longer lived than this tubes. But they work in a pinch

The workout band kit is a great value. The materials are high quality and the ability to combine bands means the user has a lot of flexibility in choosing resistance levels. The one limitation that I hope the company will address in the future is that there is no flexibility in setting the length of the bands -- the handles are attached at each end so if you want to shorten up the bands to adjust resistance, you must improvise to do so (e.g., grab the bands directly instead of using the handles). You can do that but you lose the grip advantage that the handles provide. Still, the product is very good and well worth the reasonable price.

***it should be noted I NEVER write reviews and spend a TON of money on Amazon. I am making a review for this product because it’s that great.*** This is a fantastic product! Since the US has gone under quarantine and asked individuals to stay at home, my gym has been shut down. I use exercise as a form of helping me focus and mental clarity every morning. Since staying home by government orders, it’s been hard to get the workouts I love in. All the dumbbells, kettlebells, and weights in my area were sold out in store and online so I looked high and low for a resistance band set and was able to find this! So many are sold out but I took the leap and wow am I feeling the burn! It comes with a set of 5 bands (5, 15, 20, 30, 35 lb resistance) 2 handlebar grips, 2 foot grips (?) and a door mount. The door mount can be used on top, on the bottom, or the sides of your door frame. Setting up LIFETIME WARRANTY (!!!!) takes 30 seconds and the customer service is phenomenal. It doesn’t have a “chemically smell”, came neatly packaged, is durable, and study. I don’t worry about them snapping like other cheap ones do. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone looking to pass the time, to use at home for fitness, or something just to tone up. For under $45 (the price of 2 dumbbells or a month at Anytime Fitness (my gym)), you get so much and a great workout. It also comes with a little pamphlet that gives you ideas how to use them. I would also recommend searching on YouTube for resistance band ideas! Again, I would most definitely recommend.

I've used these bands now for 5 years and my wife is sneaking a few bands herself. Needing more handles, I'm buying another set because they are high quality, don't break or get weaker, handles are well padded and don't get matted, and they meet my resistance / strength needs at home. I do go to the gym but use these when I can't get there. Excellent product ;-)

I love this item and I'm so glad I purchased this for my daily fitness routine. I was looking for something I could do at home, in the office and when I travel. The bag and the removable handles made this a great choice, but I was concerned about what the quality of the item might be. I mean, the cost is really low! This item is such high quality it looks like I paid three times what they cost, so if you are worried that the quality is poor, put that worry aside. I've used these daily, the bag allowed them to fit easily into my overnight bag when I travel and it is easy to use these bands to work out as hard as you want. This is a great item and well worth the money I spent!

Update 4/14/2018 - Been using these since early December 2017 and they are holding up great. I use them 3-4 times a week and they allow a great quick workout. Easy to swap out difference bands for several types of workouts. Highly recommend. Bands are exactly as described. Been using them for a few days and it is easy to find a resistance level to get a good workout. There are 5 bands with different levels of resistance most anybody should be able to find a level of resistance that works for them. I have been looking for home equipment that takes up little space to get in some good home workouts and I have found it. It all stores in the bag which can be easily stored in a drawer or cupboard. The bands are really high quality. The handles are as well. The door attachment also works very well and I tried it on all the door in my apartment. Really for the price of one 20lb dumbbell you get up to 80lbs of resistance and the ability to do multiple exercises. Update 12/15 love these. Getting a great workout, better then expected.
