I've always loved resistance bands and tubes for their versatility, portability, ease of both storage and transport, and effectiveness. This set has everything one needs to effectively work out at home. As with every workout technique, there can be a learning curve, but it's really easy to figure out how to use this set effectively and comfortably. Modification of exercises to account for the length/resistance/ability is extremely easy. I'm mobility impaired and can easily use these, even in my wheelchair. The set comes with a wrist/ankle strap, handles, and a device that one shuts a door on to secure the bands for various exercises.
