This waterfall box was just what I was looking for. There is no filtration, just a water feature. The water tumbles out in a bubbly jumble, giving maximum water sounds and maximum aeration. Very easy to install.

I bought two for my small pond since a have a 5500 Beckett pump. Nice trickle. I will say they are expensive for what you get. You have to furnish your own liner. The locking bar works well, but the hose adapter is too large. I would rather a smaller hook-up so I could fit the tubing over the adapter instead of pushing a hose in. I had to use silicone to prevent a leak at that hook-up. When it warms up, I'll get another adapter that fits over and put a clamp on. Again, overpriced, but at least the product is sturdy, and the plastic is thick enough to hold up with flagstone on top.

I this box works well for what I wanted. However, I've had a struggle with water collecting under the lip of the spillway. It just needs some silicone to fix it, but it has been a little frustrating. Other than that - no complaints.

The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I needed. Easy set up, comes with pvc connection which is nice. I added rocks to slow down water flow. Comes out pretty fast depending on pump. The liner holder works well too. Overall best bang for buck!

Bad that this didn't cone with proper reducer to 1-1 1/4" hose. This opening is 1 7/8". They force you to use glue, can't use existing 1 1/4 hose with screws clamps. Lack of thinking to make it compatible with standard hoses for ponds and pumps. Costs me another $20 in parts to get the proper fittings, rubber cement, and 3 additional connectors to reduce to proper size.

This was just what I needed. I already had one bio-filter waterfall and I wanted to expand the pond. This unit didn't need to filter the water, but was needed to ensure good flow throughout the pond. Also, didn't want to add another pump, so used a splitter and a shutoff valve to the unit to balance the flows. This spillway is solidly built, and everything you need to plumb it is included. I made sure that both falls were the same height to avoid potential flow imbalances.
