Just sent my "SD" card off this past july for recovery. Got a Seagate 4tb one touch with my data on it but it is encrypted. Hopefully somebody knows the password I didn't give them one. 08/09/21. Update you on resolution. 8/13/21:Found out it had bitlocker enabled, never got the email with the password, they had entered my email. Called customer service got it fix & got the password. Insurance is like poker if you have it and something goes wrong it is the most valuable thing in the world. If you never use it, it was a waste of money. I have an insurance policy on our car. When my wife took the car to the dealership, they found a noise under the hood. It turned out to be a bearing. The repair was covered by the policy and there was no charge.
