It’s not working and I don’t know how to fix it!! I can’t find a video to even help me troubleshoot it. It keeps showing a code E02. I bought it and still haven’t been able to use it!! Not user friendly!!!!

I really like my new walking pad but the calorie count was half of what my Apple Watch said it was. So from now on I will ignore the calorie count on the walking pad and depend on my reliable Apple Watch.

You will not believe me when I say that I absolutely love this treadmill. It is probably the best treadmill that I have ever owned and the first thing that I really like about it is the fact that the treadmill has an incline and it is a really good incline. So I started off pretty slow when I first started walking on this treadmill and then I picked up the pace a little bit and it is definitely faster at a lower speed than my treadmill that I already owned. When walking there’s nothing that makes it unstable and and I have placed it on carpet and it does just fine on the carpet. There’s no rocking when I’m walking flat or when I use the incline when I’m actually on the treadmill and it works very nicely. There is no rocking or unsteadiness. It’s a really great well-made treadmill. It keeps up with your time accurately and the only negative is that the remote that you have to use with the treadmill is iffy and so I kinda have to hold it in different positions to get the remote to work , but that’s not exactly a dealbreaker. It does kind of concern me because I’m wondering if something happens to that remote would I be able to still then use the treadmill because there are not any dedicated buttons on the treadmill where you can control it without the remote, so I am kind of concerned about whether the remote will hold up and if I lose it or something. I will never be able to use it but overall, I think this treadmill is awesome. I have gotten amazing workouts with this treadmill and of course is not going to be the biggest incline like what you might get on the $2000 machines, but for the price the incline feature is absolutely amazing and I am happy with this product! ... show more

I like the look of the machine. It’s a little bit rickety, which is weird to me. It creaks a lot when you walk, so I worry about the stability a little bit. It’s easy to use, and does the job. I am 7months pregnant and can still set it up on my own, it’s light enough to push and store with one person who has a tough time just rolling out of bed. I would say it’s a decent value for your dollar. I would have been even happier with a lesser cost, but it is what it is. Pros: -Auto incline! Love this feature -Screen is super clear and sleek. The time and distance seems accurate when paired with the data from my Apple Watch. -Good size, small enough to fit small spaces. -efficient and provides a great sweat! Cons: -tough to wheel around in terms of the wheels working in your favor. The wheels get stuck easily on my hard wood floor. You have to really angle it right to get an easy glide. -the remote is very flimsy and honestly, takes several clicks to make it work for you. I have to click double the amount of times I should to increase/decrease speed and incline. -creaky as I mentioned before. Just a little bit of concern regarding longevity. Hope it lasts! I really love this walking pad. It comes with a remote for easy control while you are walking. There are 3 incline stages with number 3 being the steepest. I will say, you will feel the burn after walking on the third incline stage. There are several walking speeds with 4 being the highest. I find myself at a decent jogging pace on the 4th speed which is nice. The walking pad comes with oil to lube the tread which is a nice bonus. The only con to this walking pad is how you have to hold it upright for it move on the two wheels at the front. I think this would be a challenge for someone less mobile. Other than that, I would recommend this walking pad to anyone looking to get fit! ... show more
